So the very few times I've been...the first visit, excellent very great sandwich the second time...barely any meat, and like subway skimpy on everything. Third time.. Same, now I'm done!!!

Gross. Ordered on Uber eats. Asked for balsamic on the side didn't get it, gluten free wrap was not gluten free, avocado in my wrap was brown, lettuce was old. Will not be ordering again

Ordered online, ready before I got there. Supper nice staff, welcoming atmosphere. Food was fresh, flavorful and neatly made. Got the California club sandwich. So good! Came from Portland, OR. all the Togo's have been gone for years ?. Remember the hot pastrami sandwich being awesome! I was not let down with todays visit. Next time I'm in town, I'm coming back for sure! Thanks

Today, we decided to have lunch delivered and decided to try Togo's after years of not eating there to see if it had gotten any better. The food quality was mediocre at best. The sauerkraut was plain and boring. The sour dough bread was not much more than white bread. My wife ordered a hot and melty that was not hot and was not melted. That was the whole point was to NOT have a cold sandwich. The parmesan bread was not good at all either. She had asked for no lettuce or tomato and they added them on anyway. When she called Togo's, whomever she talked to kept saying it was not their fault. Togo's never once offered to make it right or give us a store credit or anything. They kept saying it was the app's fault, not theirs. We understand there can be issues with the app but... they never tried to make it right. Horrible customer service and we will not order from the Bend location. Togo's Bend needs to learn customer service 101.

Had the santa Fe chicken salad, guacamole tasted nice and fresh, nice crisp crunchy lettuce, not the best chicken cuz it's premade. But* that was the ONLY downfall to this freshly crafted salad! I'm glad I stopped in ?

Went here for lunch today and got a sandwich made by a gal that wasn’t very good. I called at least 5 hours later to see about getting another one to replace the bad one and Matt made me a new one in less than 5 minutes that tasted amazing ! Great customer service :)

I don't like Jimmy John's or Subway but, then again, I'm not a big fan of sandwiches until now. We were going on a picnic before a hike, which is why we chose sandwiches for lunch. I ordered the turkey cheddar club on a spinach wrap without modifications and it was was maybe the best sandwich I've ever had. The ingredients were so fresh and complimentary. I loved the pickles, pepperocinis, lettuce and cheese and the turkey was amazing.W ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich on parmesan bread and he loved it.

Food was good. But the tall skinny guy working there, I think his name was johnny, had an attitude and seemed to us that he hated his job. Would have given 4 stars if the customer service was up to par. Probably won't go back because of the attitude that went unchecked
