Went in for a Pumpkin muffin. Lady said we have some with chocolate. I said no as I shook my head side to side. Obviously, to a logical person they would understand what NO means. Apparently, you must tell their staff loudly you have allergies to chocolate. When I called to inform the manager, that what I ordered was incorrect and I’m allergic to chocolate, she made endless excuses for the staff. She did ask if I was alright and when I said no she continued with her excuses. Management, your staff needs to pay close attention to what your customers say. Allergies are NO joke and can cause life threatening reactions. Thanks to your incompetent staff I’m the one suffering from your ignorance.

Their coffee is okay, not the best around but they do have a prime location in the center of Tumalo.

Stopped here in the middle of a bike ride today. We had an iced coffee with almond milk, and it was great! It's a quiet street, hopping spot, with good atmosphere and a nice patio. It was easy to bike up and snag a seat to both enjoy the sun and watch our bikes. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and needing Java!

Came here near closing time and ordered four beverages. They all came out promptly and without the feeling of dang we were about to close. I love that level of professionalism. Plus the coffee was really nice. A great Americano.

Phenomenal house-made chai. Properly spicy, not sweet. Best chai I've had in years at a coffee shop.

I thought $4.50 was a good deal for the avocado toast until I saw what was inside my to go box. An extra $3.50 for some bacon bits on top of the smallest piece of toast I have ever seen. It wasn’t very tasty either. The coffee is probably some of the worst I’ve ever had. It was the most watery and flavor list Americano I have had in Oregon. The only thing redeeming was the service.
