“Outstanding experience at this high-end establishment. This ranks among the top three meals we've enjoyed. The albacore and scallop dishes were delicious, and the New York strip with asparagus and black garlic was succulent and satisfying. Totally converted me on mushroom bisque - thank you! A must-visit for those seeking refined flavors and impeccable service.Highly recommend the very seasonal tasting menu.“

FERM and fare Wine Bar •
924 NW Brooks St STE 102, Bend

“Dave did a great job explaining the wines. I told him we were after a Spanish or Portuguese wine, and what we like in a wine. We bought 2 Spanish wines he recommended, and opened the 2019 Matsu "El Picaro" temperanillo to have with our take out food from Barrio. He was spot on! It's a terrific wine for the $15 price point, and it doesn't taste nearly as young as it is.“

“My husband and I went here during a ski trip to Mt. Bachelor. I’ve never been to Bend before and we just stumbled upon this restaurant, which doesn’t look like much from the outside but was one of the best meals either of us have had in a long time. Drinks were tasty, they have a great wine selection. I had the scallop and saffron risotto and it was truly done exactly right. I have never had a scallop that perfectly seared. The texture and flavor of the risotto was amazing. We also had beef carpaccio to start which was delicate and flavorful. My husband’s bolognese was top notch as well. Overall the service and general vibes were unassuming and friendly. Highly recommend!!!!“

“I went by the other day to Good Drop in hopes of finding a 1998 bottle to open on my upcoming birthday. Been searching for months with no luck until I came across this shop by chance. Miraculously, they had a bottle of '98 Sonoma Valley Cab Sauv! Their amazing service as well must be mentioned. Next time I am in Bend, I will have to make a stop again to see more of their great selection of wines!“

“I recently visited Elixir Wine Group after hearing about their 96 point pinot noir, which was made locally in Bend, and had an amazing experience. Not only was the wine delicious, but there was also an impressive variety of both local wines and international wines. The tasting room was nice and cozy especially during these colder months. “My good friend Renee and I had an enchanted evening at Domaine Serene where we had the pleasure of trying their ambitious new menu which is now available to the public. The new menu has been crafted in collaboration with iconic, local Executive Chef George Morris, of Bos Taurus and Nomé notoriety, and features creative wine-inspired cuisine with a French bistro flair, and notable Pacific Northwest ingredients. We had been eagerly anticipating the new menu launch event, and it was a memorable and magical experience with every course. Our multi-course dinner was exceptional, and the world class wine pairings were curated with thoughtfulness. Some of our favorite dishes included: Amuse-Bouche // Shigoku Oysters on The Half Shell w/ Blood Orange ‘R’ Rosé Granita, & Yuzu Kosho. Beef Short Rib Bourguignon // Creamy Polenta, Root Vegetables, w/ a Red Wine Jus. For me, the culinary star of the show, and probably one of the best dishes I’ve ever had: The Steamed Foie Gras Wontons A rich, delectable creation framed with a Smoke-Forward Shoyu, and Aromatic; Miyagi Chili Oil, Hints of Mint From the Shiso, and the citrus notes from the lime accentuated the strengths of the dish with a delicate balance. With their exciting new menu, and added team members, now is a great time to go experience the serendipity of Domaine Serene for yourself.“

“Lovely, homey, comfortable, unpretentious. We enjoyed the low-key vibe and the servers' knowledge about pairings with each of our meals, as well as a single bottle that would work for everyone to enjoy together. I adore cheese plates and order them often. This is the first time I've had one plated this way, and I'm changed forever! Why every establishment doesn't present the cheeses this way, I don't know! ??“
