TL;DR; Don't miss these pupusas!!!! We were on a road trip recently and after hours in the car started getting hungry(hangry?)! I started looking around for options for a quick bite so we could keep on moving. I found this food truck from Google maps actually, and it has tons of rave reviews there, so I am quite happy to be the first to review here on Yelp. It's located in a small parking lot along with another food truck, very near the highway. I walked up and was warmly greeted. There was no menu and no pricing up, but the woman at the window was nice and helpful to my questions. I ordered 4x pupusas and 2x tacos, which ran us $18 in total. We waited maybe 10 minutes or so for our food, as the pupusas are quite obviously (and deliciously) made to order. They offer one "flavor" which is a mix of beans, cheese and pork. The pupusas were pillowy soft and flavorful, served with the traditional tangy slaw and red sauce. My my, I should've ordered double! The asada tacos were also very good, but outshone by those darn delicious pupusas. If you're ever passing through Boardman definitely stop here!

Touch of Mexico is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Templeton for sure. what we're really sure of is that their chili rellenos are just the best. not chile rellenos come in many styles she prefers a style with a thinner breading and that's what they make and they cook it just right and why is it good. there os the chili Verde it is always nice their carne asada is very nice and the salsa is just got a little of heat that's just the right way we love it. we are always recognized here as a regular and we will continue to be a regular God keep those Chilli rellenos coming we love it.

Absolutely amazing tacos and pupusas, hands down my favorite tacos and pupusas thus far.The staff is friendly and have even brought food over to the car when cold.Everytime I am in the area, this is my first choice of food. 20/10Kid-friendliness: If your kid likes the food options, then it is perfectly kid friendly!Parking: Sometimes around lunch the parking lot can be somewhat full, but I've never had an issue parking.

The best Papusas in all of Hermiston and Boardman Oregon! The papusas are authentic, delicious and hand made to order. The shredded cabbage can be a little spicier some days , depending on how hot the jalapeños are that day.
