Over priced for a cheese burger and fries. Fries are usually soggy not crispy at brookings outlet. Crescent city California is perfect. Fries and hash browns are crispy. Brookings McDonald's served cold sausage Mcmuffin with egg and soggy greasy hash browns. Fries in brookings are also greasy and soggy, very rare to get good fries there.

I go there on Friday night at times had a bad experience one time different manager during the week. Went last Friday told then my problem they fixed it. The manager made my order came out good his name is Poi very good manager helpful does a good job. Martha is the best older lady good personality helps out alot I enjoy seeing her she puts a smile on ur face . Very friendly she is at window good personality good customer service.

Food tasted old. There were at least a half dozen people working. 2 were preparing food and the rest were stood around. Had to order at the kiosk so no one had to take our order. Every single table was filthy as was the bathroom.

Ugh, well got two McDoubles no onions or pickles today. Bit into one & noticed hair coming out the side! Husband took it back & had them remake it. Comes back out & it had a couple pieces of onion on it! So then I'm not very happy! I go back & ask for a manager. Explain what happened, she went back & remade it. Isn't the 1st time I've had hair in my food! Other time was an egg McMuffin. Please keep your hair back!!
