“The food is wonderful...the only thing that can cause me to avoid Burgerville is it's customer service. Nowhere else in Canby have I experienced such rude behavior from a service person....and it's funny because new employees start out kind and polite....so I'm guessing it is learned behavior or it is really no fun to work there. Either way I keep going back for the food it just depends if I'm in the mood to deal with their obnoxious self-righteous behavior or not.“
“Wonderful friendly staff. The food is almost always made the way we order it. And we change quite a few things from how they are regularly made. The management is very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint is that they don't always have a super clean playland dining room. But I do know a lot of high school kids are in the building multiple times a day since this location is right across the street from the high school campus and they have an open campus policy for lunch.Dietary restrictions: Our daughter is allergic to milk and can eat the chicken mcnuggets, McChicken and hamburger. The smaller buns are dairy free. But the French fries are NOT dairy free. The chicken is cooked in separate fryers than the chicken.Kid-friendliness: Has a very well maintained playland structure. Not a ton of family size seating available in the playland section of the lobby. Happy meals get kids very excited to eat here and the playland helps to let their energy out.“
“Not a lot of "atmosphere", just good food. Fine by me. I our group (3 kids, 3 adults, Friday at 130) were treated well, ate outstanding food. Especially delicious fries. I strongly recommend the Super Roaker, milk shakes were also fabulous. Thanks. We'll be back. We ate one the picnic tables.“

“The fried chicken or shrimp baskets are over the top. They are about the best I have had. Not pre-breaded & frozen. Just awesome food. Service is always spot on. My only suggestion for improvement would be to dampen the sound. This is a happy friendly brew pub but the noise level at lunch is quite high. Overall this is a can't miss place to dine out.“
“This little burger joint took me by surprise. Where else can you get a double bacon cheeseburger for only $7.50? And for a basket with fries, it was still under $10. The fries were good and cooked perfectly, and the burger was actually big. The bacon is also thick and of good quality. We got a root beer flavored milkshake and it was delicious. Would 100% go back. This place is doing something right!“
“The fries are bottomless even as a side with your order so don't be discouraged when they only give you seven fries to start with. Not sure why they do that but you can just ask for more and they come out quick. They also have pretty good vegan cheese that they don't advertise on the menu ?“
“LOVE this place and eat breakfast here almost every day....and lunch menu is great, too! Staff is so great and manager, Claudia is THE BEST. The place is super clean and dining room is invitingly warm. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Vegetarian options: Hub is veg and says the beyond burger is the best he has had!“
