People behind the counter making our sandwiches truly needs to smile! Tho she made our sandwich the way we wanted... not once did she smile n got very irritated at our very particular way we wanted our sandwich.

I always show up just before they start closing up they will be doing the floors putting stuff away. That doesn't stop them from making sure I get my sandwich fast and just the way I like it, even if that means getting more stuff out for me and messing up what they have already cleaned, always nice about it.

So I ordered about $50 worth of food and once at the counter was told they don’t take anything bigger then a $50 bill. Ok cool that’s fine but it should have been posted somewhere before I ordered. The other issue is that the young lady working to night was horrible. Customer service sucked. I would much rather drive into OC to get Subway then use this one ever again.

Overall the food is good. I used a coupon code to get my footling for 5.99 which is a pretty good deal. When I got the food the bread was a little soggy and half of it was just coated in sauce. I also ordered a Cooke and they COMPLETELY forgot, even though it was on my receipt.

I attempted to use the app to order two sandwiches, but after picking up them guys and making it home, both of them were made incorrectly. I contacted the store to make them aware and the store manager said she would put vouchers in the mail for free sandwiches for a future visit. The vouchers never arrived, and when I emailed to check in on it, the manager never returned my email. Apparently they can't be trusted to make a freaking sandwich correctly unless you are standing over them watching every move, and if you have a problem, prepare to be ignored.

I respect them hiring the disabled but maybe a deaf person taking my order is not the way to go. When it got to the veggie section of building my sandwich he asked what I would like, I said tomato,olives, and mayo in that order. Before I even finished that he was putting lettuce on which I'm assuming he misheard for the olives as he didn't put those on. I then told him I wanted olives as well as I wasn't that upset over the lettuce. After putting on the olives he asks if that's it and I said "yep that's good" in which he proceeds to put jalapeños on it. I just paid and left after that. Maybe they hire the blind as well but I will never know as I won't be returning.

They did not have veggie patty.No employees greeted us and we were barely acknowledged. When the individual that ‘helped’ us did they were less than friendly.A misunderstanding about pickles turned into the employee accusing me of not knowing what I had myself said. They even roped another employee in when they simply could have kindly handled the situation.We will not be going back!
