“I love this place, from the second I walked in, John was there to personally great us and make our experience wonderful. Stopped by many times to chat and share the history of the place, among other fun facts and drink suggestions. I can't wait to stop in again next time I'm in town.“
“If you're a seafood enthusiast seeking an unforgettable culinary experience, look no further than Ecola Seafood Restaurant in Cannon Beach. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed, especially with their deep-fried salmon, fried oysters, and crab meat.“
“My husband and I shared an order of cod fish and chips for lunch today. It was perfectly prepared and presented. The service was good and friendly too. I’ve been there before with girlfriends and have had the same, great experience every time. We highly recommend Bill’s Tavern and Brewhouse!! You won’t be disappointed.“
“CONGRATULATIONS ON 80 year!!My husband and I really enjoyed our meal. The oyster shooters were fresh and the fish was tasty! Our entire meal was scrumptious ?Great atmosphere! Kelly our waitress was fantastic, friendly and warm. Make the time to go have a meal here, you will not be disappointed. Remember to make reservations because it is really that good!“
“This was THE best lunch in town ! So fresh ! The crab cakes were delicious - service was friendly and attentive. The entire staff were wonderful and kind ! The Crab Salad and the Blackened Halibut Sandwich were superb ! We will be back again and soon !“
“We had lunch there yesterday and had an amazing experience. The food and wine were really good, but honestly, Luke and Federico made the experience. I mention both of them because they were both awesome, but Luke is the reason we will return! We own 2 restaurants, so we're exceptionally cognizant of service and Luke is the personification of the best service ever.“
“Went in looking for black cod and arrived too late.. I also needed a carcass for the stew and the employee there was so kind and sold me a nice halibut carcass! Relaxed and casual friendly service. I can see why everywhere I stopped up the coast, people told me to "go to Buoy." It's now on my favorite list! And not so far into seaside that I can't skip tourist traffic.“
“I had no idea!Living on the coast, our choices are limited. There's plenty of good food out here, but - until now - nothing really special. We came for a special dinner, but didn't realize how special it would be. One of our favorite chefs in Astoria worked with the in-house team at The Pacific Way to make a truly special evening.Dishes highlighted local specialties; oysters, mushrooms, salmon, and seasonal berries. Everything was beautifully prepared and delicious. Plating and serving were exceptional as well. My only regret is that we didn't take advantage of the excellent wine pairings. Won't make that mistake again!“
“We found this place on Yelp. Restaurant itself was a typical bar, nothing fancy. However, the waitress was great, taking care of the entire place by herself! She knew the regulars, and had their drinks ready when they walked in. The food was very good - clam strips, burgers, French dip, and pastrami sandwich...and everyone loved the fresh cut fries! Definitely a good find!! We will be back next time we are in Seaside!“
“We stumbled across this place and it turned out to be excellent! Enchiladas Suizas was soooo good. My hubby's Chile relleno burrito was huge and he said it was delicious.Good drinks, prompt service. Will definitely swing by when we're back!“
“Very good service. The prawns were delicious. The well done ground beef steak was a little overcooked (even for well done) and the baked potatoe wasn't very hot. The ice cream for dessert was a little freezer burned, but it was all good enough to want to go back. They weren't very busy, but all of the tourists were in downtown Seaside. The issues with the food could have been because we were there so close to closing time.“
“The Grilled Halibut was amazing, So Fresh! Our waitress was perfect. The clam chowder was probably the best I’ve had ever. To finish it off the key lime pie was very creamy and Delicious. If I lived here, I’d come often! , but we’re lucky to live in Michigan!“
“The view here is what makes this place incredible! That alone is worth a visit. The food seems to have gone downhill over the years. There are a few things that are still good, but definitely some better spots in town. Overall, a great place still.“
“I am writing this review in hopes of offsetting the negative ones written against Norma’s. My wife and I visited Norma’s on April 24th to celebrate our 53rd anniversary. Our hostess, Lori, was cordial and quick to take our orders that included a bottle of wine and two orders of the Capt’s seafood platter. We arrived at the restaurant at 2:00 and were promptly seated. The atmosphere was not top end, but that was not what we were paying for. The food was excellent, which is exactly what we were hoping to receive. For those negative naysayers, you might want to choose a restaurant in a big city and end up paying premium price to get what you were looking for.“
“Tried this place in Seaside for the first time and was not disappointed. We did takeout. My new favorites are the chicken curry puffs and mango sticky rice, as well as the Thai iced tea. We're local and we'll be back many times. Yum!“
“If I could have legally refused to pay for the food we got last night and the service delays, we would have asked them to pay us for being there. It ruined my birthday and I have never in 15 years of being on Facebook, left a negative review. I watched staff comping people of delays, quality and more and I was hoping it was just because it was complaining tourist's or something. We decided to let it ride and we ordered drinks, they never arrived. Had to ask for them again and the bar tender from the other side of building brought my bottle beer over and still my wife had no beverage. He had to go and get that. We ordered an appetizer, and it never came, then, watched the couple behind us discussing how upset they were about the food they got, I started to get worried. After a few min, I heard the male waiter get sarcastic and say, so I'm sorry this is really late (they got the appetizer they ordered after their dinner was almost done) "do you want this or not", and she said not, well it was the same appetizer we ordered. He took it to the back, it sat for 5 min and when I inquired about our appetizer, the same looking plate and setup appetizer the other ladies refused, ended up with us it looked like and at the same time as our dinner. Now for dinner that was also frustrating as, we wanted prime rib. the whole reason we came there. Well there were two couples sat down after we were sat and had been waiting 10 min and still no one. Well, we noticed that the two couples that came after use had been given drinks and orders taken. Finally a nice young lady came over and said she was sorry for the wait as she didn't realize that we were her table. When we ordered, she said oh sorry, the last two prime rib just sold and asked us what we wanted in exchange. At that point wasn't super happy. But every place else was long lines. We got the rib eye and my wife's was way over cooked and mine too under cooked. It would have been a mess to send back and we were starving. Ya not good tasting. The worst part was, this year has been a horrible mess from the surgery, the liver and kidney failure mess, (I wasn't drinking tonight it was non alcoholic beer), and family and work craziness and I simply wanted a nice dinner. It was such a horrible mess and let down. Still really upset this morning. $116 plus a small tip for the nice waitress was $116 too much. :(“
“Anytime I visited Oregon coast. I have to go to pig n pancake.. They have the best bacon ever... They're sauces to go on their pancakes are amazing I would recommend this to anyone visiting the seaside area for breakfast. Or for lunch they also have awesome lunches. Plus they have a small little shopping area to pick up a great souvenir.“
“Perfect little spot for fish tacos. Waitress was super helpful & friendly. They play oldies that I sang along with (quietly of course ?) Added it to my favorite places. You can even draw on the table I'm so glad my friend & popped in ?Kid-friendliness: They have kid meal ideas ie corn dogs“
“Best brunch in Seaside Oregon! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is clean and modern, the service is the kindest and they really know how to take care of a customer.Best breakfast in Seaside Oregon, Best lunch in Seaside Oregon and Best dinner in Seaside Oregon!“
“Hubby had homemade linguini alfredo and I had beef filet. The food was FABULOUS. Cooked to perfection, everything tasted sublime. Soft live classical guitar set a relaxing ambiance. JJ and Ashley were friendly prompt and accomodating. Would strongly recommend The Bistro! And will be returning when we are next in town. Dinner here was the highlight of our trip THANKS“
