Place is ran by crackheads. Took 10 minutes to answer the drive through. No line no customers in the store. And still asked me to pull around and wait. Still waiting on my one sandwich... Going on 15 more minutes.

It was pretty gross on the inside, messy with food everywhere. The food was pretty good, but my fries were either burnt or uncooked. The service was really bad, they were rude and I had to wait almost half an hour for my food.

I rarely do fast food anymore, what with inflation and price gouging, plus just the general health of it, but this place was a pleasant surprise. Despite the severe understanding during my visit (it was a holiday weekend) and the glitchy tech the staff was forced to contest with that delayed my order, said staff were super polite and overly generous in their compensation for what was at worst a minor inconvenience.

I sat in the drive thru 49 minutes to get a so-so tasting chicken wrap last Thursday in Central Point. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. 2 had ordered and one waiting to order before me. It took 30 minutes for car #1 to get their food and move on. A truck came up behind me and ordered after me at that 30 min mark, then we sat another 10 min. He ended up leaving which I would have done, but got blocked in. If I was in a truck, I would have bailed over the curb.I finally got to the window and the guy said he didn't see my order on his screen so had to ask someone inside. So I had to wait again until they made it. 49 minutes! Never going back there and I would not recommend it at all. Zero stars if a possibility for service.

Is this even the same Burger King??????Food- 1st time too long but was Delicious PERFECTION Texas Double Whopper Meal, understandable they only had two people working. 2nd time at night Was just as good and way more faster 2 Original Chicken sandwiches with the coupon I got.Service- Both Times, The guy at the window showed me so much humanity and respect. He said and I quote “Take the receipt please just in case.” That was the first time the second time he was more confident and I could see his real character and he’s just so REAL like hello I need you in my life.Atmosphere- Welcoming and Friendly to the point where I felt like we’ve been friends forever and all my real friends are not nearly as this level of human. Like ouch man you showed me something I needed to see about my life. Didn’t catch his name but thank you for being you.Overall- 100% will come again not today or this week but every now and again I have to save my money but if I had enough money i’d come every day but not likely as I’m away for business most of the time. Burger King you have redeemed yourself. I could cry tears of joy. compared to my last almost year visit here…yeah no, I’ll erase it from….what was I talking about. Im VERY satisfied customer. First time I felt compelled to write a review! that’s just how much I truly want to express this profound experience. Please stay like this forever Burger King

Worst Burger King location I have been to. I went there around 5:10 on March 7, 2024; there was only one car in front of me. They ordered and got their food just fine. It takes almost 10 minutes for someone to come over the speaker to take my order. I order, about 7 minutes later, I'm still waiting on my Coke and haven't gotten any food. Turns out they are having "broiler" problems and can't make food for anyone. They refuse to tell people of these problems or have any signs posted about their problems. I go back in to get a refund, they refuse to refund my purchase but give me my original receipt with the word "refund" scribbled on it by a 16 year old. While there trying to get a refund, the manager turns her back and has an associate help me because "I'm getting too worked up to deal with this". After asking 2 different people who the franchise owner/operator/manager is since they also refuse to post that information, they finally give me a napkin with a phone number written on it with a red Crayola and no name saying "we don't have to give out that information". Throughout the time I was there trying to get a refund, at least 6 others came in for the same thing. Mind you, no refund has yet been given and no food has been received...so I'm guessing I paid 20 bucks for a small coke. I'll call the scribbled number they gave me in the morning and post an update

The food we received was disgusting to say the least. My boyfriend and I went there and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The hamburger bun was burnt and hard as a rock. there was half a piece of bacon which was burnt. my boyfriend ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and the same there. . he then went back and ordered a whopper and the whopper. And made him sick later that evening. I really don't think I will ever eat this happened.About 4 days ago.

Are you having a mushroom shortage? I got 3 (pieces) on my mushroom swiss melt but overall had good flavor guy in drive thru was awesome :)

Went thru drive thru. 1 car parked out front and no one in drive thru. Asked me to wait. 6 min later came back on intercom and said thanks for waiting.Then asked me to pull around to wait for order to be ready. 12 min later my 2 hamburgers came out.It’s sad what customer service has turned into. The customer is never right anymore.Guess I’ll stick with eating at home!

Waited 40min. Had to go ask when my order would be ready .we were the only ones in lobby.the guy working the counter didn’t know what he was really doing kept looking at all the monitors not once did he ask if we had been helped.poor management.you need more help in there and you need to have a manager on hand.
