I had not been to a KFC location in a couple of years. (It's not a restaurant we have in Juneau, AK). This KFC location was empty of other customers when we arrived. The building was bright and clean. The staff were friendly and competent. The food service was fast and the food itself tasted great! I ordered the KFC version of chicken nuggets, their fries, and a soda. The food was nicely seasoned. No complaints! I'm glad to have tried KFC again and was not disappointed.Kid-friendliness: With bright colors, clean floors and tables, good food, and plenty of places to sit, this KFC location seems perfect for busy moms with littles, big kids, or a combination of the two who are looking for a break from cooking/making one of the meals for her family throughout any given week. The food is certain to satisfy hungry bellies and the staff I met were kind and friendly.

Ordered take out bucket of chicken only, 12pc, it cost $39.99! Again, that's with no sides.WTH is this chicken made of, gold?! Holy cow, It wasn't even that crispy. Never again! Albertsons chicken is more affordable and tastes better. WOW, utter disbelief at the cost. KFC really thinks highly of their chicken. They just lost our family's business, good luck to their future. SMH

The music was kinda loud but otherwise it was fine.Parking: Right beside a truck stop so lots of semi trucks around there.
Single best KFC I've ever been too. Fresh, hot chicken and incredible service. I went there today and they were short staffed, thankfully they seemed to have their best there holding it down. These guys and girls were KILLING it, communicating, preparing, taking orders, all while providing great service. That's today 01/22/23 so if the manager or owner sees this, give this crew their kudos!!

I mean, it is fast food but the chicken was entirely too greasy for me. Never recall that before. I hope this isn’t the norm. Everything else was as you’d expect, to include mac and cheese and corn and a biscuit.

Went to KFC yesterday at 4 PM. Went to order the $20 bucket in original recipe. Was told that they only had two chicken breast in extra crispy so they could give me half crispy half original I said OK.Got to the window the gentleman who was very confused said we only have one chicken breast. So I said OK what are you going to replace it with a couple chicken thighs. He said I could give you one chicken thigh to replace the one chicken breast and I looked at him and I said that's not quite adequate. He said that's the best I could do so me and my money left not to return again. I have been to the KFC and Central Point several times over the years, and it sometimes it's been OK and sometimes it's been bad. It's conveniently located off the I 5 in Central Point but when you don't have chicken what's the point of going there? Next time I just hit KFC in Medford or Chick-fil-A in Medford.
