As a person who has eaten A&W back when it was good, I find the current reality to be heartbreaking each time I make the mistake of eating here.The burgers bear no resemblance to the once great teen burger. And don't get me started on KFC chicken: total trash.

Fresh pure Pure cane rootbeer is what it says on the sign and on the website... Rootbeer on tap next to the orange sode does not count, OH and the mix was off, tasted very very OFF. BAD MIX. I told the counter lady and she did nothing about it.. So I drink a mountain dew with my A&W Papa burger.Bad bad bad.

Uh what? No root beer? The burger was trash and the conie dog was worse. I was at an a and w just a few months ago and the food was nothing like this garbage. Also I literally came here for a root beer float, well they're out of root beer. What's the point.

The food is a joke! I ordered two large chili fries and the box was a KFC box and it was tiny. It’s not worth $5. $8 for a burger and it’s thrown together, chili dogs are sloppy. Won’t be going back there!

I love A&W, their burgers tastes good and they have nice staff here. Rarely have mistakes in my order and when they renovated, it looks much better now! Great job guys!

Costly for what it is, but staff seems to really have it together and the woman at the order window is insanely polite and helpful.

Got your typical KFC/Dairy Queen aesthetic, but with burgers that genuinely taste good. I mean, the burgers aren't the best I've ever had, but definitely better than you'd expect when first looking at the menu.Only thing I'd probably count as a negative is that they didn't have any vegetarian options for my girlfriend. Not that it's their fault necessarily, but we did almost consider leaving until I agreed to door dash her something she could eat.

Order a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard and one with mustard and onions. Received 2 plain cheeseburgers.
What a joke, this place made us wait 10 minutes for a 30 order and gave us the wrong order not even worth half of what we got. You guys need to work on your management because this is the third time.

I was in the area and I walked in for a bite. I remember all the fond memories as a kid of the A&W. The order takers on skates coming up and taking you order. The trays they placed the bounty of food on the side of your car. Getting your parents to buy you root beer so you can go home and make root beer floats! I miss those memories, sadly you don't get that experience. The location was clean and the food was good, the forgot to ask if we wanted any condiments and had to ask for them. I forgot to ask for a root beer float I had meant to take on my way home.

I tried to grab lunch at this location this afternoon. Unfortunately my vehicle is to tall for the drive thru and the lobby is closed. I walked thru the drive thru and was denied lunch. It’s very unprofessional that this busy restaurant doesn’t offer alternative ordering and access for lunch. So disappointed!

Just went through the drive through and ordered a Papa's burger and onion ring combo. After getting back to work I realized that the burger was just a meat patty and bun. Nothing else! Not even ketchup... they also charged me for a hotdog I did not order that was totally bare. Over $9 for this disgusting pile!First and only time at this disappointment!
