I ordered a kids meal quesadilla and they undercooked my cheese. It was basically raw cheese. I asked for white cheese and I always get this and they never charge me extra. They charged me two dollars more to change the cheese. I ordered a dollar side of sour cream, they gave me the tiniest bit inside of my cup of sour cream. I ordered a side of chicken and I barely had any chicken and I told them every single time I order this it is never half full and like I was like sorry nothing I'm not gonna do about it. Honestly they were super disrespectful and rude. I paid $20 for a kids meal with a side when I should've paid eight dollars. Honestly they will treat you like s*** walking in here. !

I work for Senestraro Orthodontics and for the last two years we have used your location to cater lunches for us in the local schools for Teacher Appreciation. I have had an amazing experience with Gustavo both years, but this year I asked even more from him and he was absolutely extraordinary! He catered 8 lunches over two weeks ranging from 50-200 people each meal and he did it to perfection! You have a blessing in Gustavo, and we are so grateful to be blessed by him as well! Thank you Gustavo, I can't wait for next year!

If you want to try your hand and chances on bland truly tasteless food go here. It's been a bit since I've been to a Baja Fresh, and I'm likely never coming back. I'm weirded out that onions, peppers, and cilantro can be utterly tasteless. No I do not have Covid. The limes were good, the iced tea had flavor. However, that's were the fun stopped. Salsas were bland, hot was watery with no flavor, Pico de gallo was what looked and tasted days old. I'm used to flavor, spice, a bit of savory. Maybe some salt and pepper to something would have been an improvement. Even the chips were devoid of salt, and that thing that makes you keep eating them. Mexican street corn which is usually an onslaught of flavor was like microwaved corn mush with creama and sugar. Just weird. Huge complaints as this used to be a great place. Maybe it's just this one in Clackamas. Wondering still how peppers, and onions can be tasteless. The card reader did nit work well, and trying to access the surgery was a joke. Baja Fresh you must have been a figment if my imagination! Asking if I'm in the matrix.

I called only 2 days in advance to order a catered dinner for 250 people and it was perfect! The manager, Gustavo, was so accomodating and friendly, making sure everything was just right. We had a chicken taco bar that came with salad, beans, rice, chips and salsa and all the fixins' so there was something for everyone regardless of their dietary restrictions. Gustavo came with his crew to deliver and set up and even left us the hot boxes to keep everything warm until the guests arrived. I cannot stress enough what a great experience this was - We will definetely use them again!Vegetarian options: Gustavo sent a pan of grilled veggies for vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: Our catering was for a school event and all the kids were happy with the meal.Dietary restrictions: There was something for everyone!

Slow service and the food isn’t what it was. I know u waited for me to show up to pick up to begin cooking. All the while everyone has their food. I can’t afford to deal with thisJust cook the food when you get the order. Don’t play games with the time and don’t send me to pick up food half an hour early. It’s very disrespectful to a driver
