Really great selection of fresh food, especially the vegetables. I ordered the SW salad with seasoned beef. The server was friendly and prepared it quickly. I didn't have any of the keto desserts, but I will likely return soon and try the other offerings!

Good food and nice owners, my only complaint is the macros aren’t always correct on their items and it can be a pain to figure out. It’s also best to order online first if you plan to order several meals, this will allow them time to prepare it.

Service and atmosphere is great, but food isn’t very healthy/clean. Food may or may not have pesticides, toxic oils, GMOs, preservatives, hormones, antibiotics, heavy metals, artificial sweeteners, endocrine disruptors, etc. Also, microwaving in plastic leeches plastics into the food which is super harmful for our health. I have a background in holistic health and I feel like this is a great idea for a food place, but “clean eats” is a bit of false advertising because the food isn’t very clean. I know most restaurants don’t have clean food, but we all can be the change we wish to see in the world.

As soon as I walked in there was a very helpful friendly gal to explain how it all works. I decided to try a breakfast, grab lunch for later and a protein smoothie. I love there is so many options for the size of the menu. As well that they use almond milk and protein powder for the mocha madness shake I got, which is delicious and will help me definately make it till my next meal. Healthy, clean and has a great asthetic. Will be returning for potential meal prepping even.
