If there was a zero star rating, this place would get it. ?The female taking my drive-thru order for a senior coffee couldn't tell me if their creamer was actually dairy half & half, or otherwise. She stated back to me, "You want 1/2 Coffee with 1/2 Cream?"I replied, "No, I don't want it like that. I'm talking about the creamer. What kind of creamer is it?"She was clueless about what half & half is.(Know your product, understand English... come on people!)Then, when I picked up my "Senior Coffee Add 2 Cream" at the 2nd window, it was handed to me with a lid that wasn't all the way sealed tight and it spilled over the loose edge, scalding my leg, as I excited the drive-thru ?.Dietary restrictions: Employees need to know plain English and how to answer (or find out) what is in their products. Went through the drive through yesterday, they completely missed a sandwich so I had to go in to pay for the 2nd one after telling them before paying they had forgotten a sandwich. Went again today and decided to go in to avoid confusion, stood at the register for 5 minutes while multiple employees walked by doing nothing, yet nobody would take my order.

Today I was parked for my breakfast order and 2 different people brought me the wrong order 2 different times. I told them both that I had not received my drink and finally after over 20 minutes since the time I ordered, I had to go inside tell someone what had happened and that I still needed my drink. It was super frustrating and ridiculous. I will not be coming back to this location.

Apparently the woman in the morning who runs the doesn't believe in syrup for a big breakfast I was told they didn't carry syrup and finally was giving honey and told it was syrup but it was honey they don't deserve the wages they pay
Could not even get my order in. Person didnt know/ understand there job(drive through). Left the drive though and went else where.

If you pick up here for UberEats they don’t start working on the order until you arrive. I accepted my order drove about 5 minutes stopped at gas station fueled up got here and still waited 15 minutes

They just updated their restaurant and it's a lot easier to navigate the parking lot and there is more space for parking, I liked it. The food was hot and the service was fast and the employees were really friendly and convenienced me well (I used tap to pay and cash together and the girl at the window informed me I could pay with both)Parking: Just renovated their restaurant and there is more parking

First time going back through since they reopened. Wow, my food was literally burnt. The prices were way higher. It seemed a little chaotic, so I'm hoping that things go back to the way they were before. Cause they were good but after today's experience. If it doesn't change, I won't return. I'm not gonna pay that kind of money for food that's cooked terribly! Yuck
