Your pizza may (no promises) be done in 15. They are fast workers, but give themselves a leeway in case if something happens. Remember that you are not the only one ordering pizza. And to be patient when they are overwhelmed with people's last-minute orders.Parking: Small lot shared with multiple vendors. Park where you can, pick up, and go.Kid-friendliness: They are busy but still create a friendly atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on a single level. No stairs.

Shout out to Rosie and the ladies working pi-day today. I know from experience how it feels to work crazy busy days short staffed! Amongst all the insanity they were pumping out pizzas and being kind to everyone that walked in, DESPITE an extremely rude and aggressive man-baby cursing and staring daggers at them.Pizzas have always been perfect here! And we will keep coming back for more! You’re awesome!

I love this place and I'm pretty much a foodie. they have really good specials. The staff is always really friendly and happy. I only give an atmosphere three stars because it's a chain and it's a takeaway. it's not meant for you to be there. The facilities are clean. the people there are enjoyable. it's just the atmosphere isn't meant for you to hang around and stay

Seems like most of the negative reviews are from the past other than people making pizza political. Maybe new owner or manager since then? We've lived in the area a few years now and have never had any issues at all. Can't believe a family Chicago was still $16. I've paid a lot more for worse pizza! Thanks a bunch!

Kyleigh or Kayleigh is right I am making this review she sat and called her employees instead of helping a customer after she had already been told by someone to help me, yet she kept ignoring me. Until I said that "I have been waiting and hour and a half for my pizza so I'm getting your name so I can report you." That's what it took for her to help me so whoever is the boss here, check your employee and how rude they are. Not the best for customer service I would know I've worked 8 customer service jobs.
