This is a mediocre place, but fine if you need to be located in the area. Rooms are okay, but no sound proofing whatsoever. We could here every conversation in the adjoining room. Just hope that your neighbors go to bed early. They have one old pair of washer and dryers. Bring quarters if you plan to use them. Good things: Parking is free, which isn't usually true if you're closer to the city. If you're high status in Marriott, they credit you $10 a day, which is enough for breakfast at the in-house Starbucks. However, it was out-of-service on Sunday morning, just the time we didn't plan on running around looking for food. Staff is nice.

Stayed here for more than a week, here are the pros and cons. Pros: Staff is super nice and friendly. Especially the staff that works the restaurant in the lobby - they went out of their way to provide great service with a smile. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Costco, the mall, and tons of restaurants. There were booths with indiviual tvs, which were nice to sit and eat or just hang out. In addition, they have a great workout room. Cons: Our room had some mold on the bathroom ceiling, the fan on the ceiling was absolutely disgusting, and the room just didn't feel clean - the draperies were so dusty too. If I asked at the desk for towels or anything else, and they weren't handed to me in that moment, we would never get them. It was a real pain to continue to ask for trash bags, cups, washcloths, etc. I realize covid has allowed the hotels to reduce their services, but it seems like there has to be a better solution! In addition, for some reason this area had a lot of people just dumping their trash in the parking lot or in random places on the property. It would sit for days before being noticed. No free breakfast, and you had to pay even for tea and coffee. Overall, the hotel was good, but I'd choose another place to stay if back in the area. After this we moved to a nicer hotel which was less per night, and had all the extras and free breakfast to boot.

This hotel was a nice choice during unseasonably hot weather. The rooms were comfortable the air conditioning was cold, and the staff was friendly. I had a short but excellent stay. The hotel is close to the freeway so it was convenient to get to but I couldn't hear the freeway. I will stay here again.

A newer property off I-205 but relatively quiet and with less traffic. Our suite had a balcony overlooking a wooded area and was very nice. The bed was super comfortable and the shower just perfect. We did not notice noise from our neighbors. There is a small bar/bistro on site but with somewhat limited hours due to covid. We were upgraded at check-in and using the Bonvoy app made everything very easy, including checkout. Staff accommodated our requests for early check-in and no feather pillows. Very close to Clackamas Town Center, a large shopping mall, as well as many restaurants.

Stayed here while visiting a family member for the first time. It’s just a few minutes from their house and will be my go to hotel each time I visit. Quiet, clean, comfortable!! Very happy with my choice!

Hotel is undergoing renovations. We didn’t find excessive noise due to this. There are plenty of items for the contractor “punch list” that need repair including a bathroom door that does not close completely. We found the room clean and spacious. Friendly, helpful staff. Need more towels stocked in the bathroom. Decent lighting. Good outlet placement. Fairly comfortable bed. Breakfast available for purchase as take away. Dinner and bar available for purchase as take away. Able to stream select video apps and connect a Chromecast to the TV.

My family has stayed here twice in the past 6 months. We enjoyed our first stay and found the hotel to be comfortable and clean, so naturally we decided to stay again when we visited Portland. This second time, we unfortunately found both rooms we had reserved to be quite dirty. Our sheets and all 6 pillowcases in each room were completely covered in hair of all lengths and colors. We asked housekeeping to deliver new pillows, which they did bring up quickly. However to our dismay, the person who delivered the pillows set them on the carpet floor instead of handing them to us directly. How is this part of the covid safety precautions? Also these pillows were again covered in hair. We combed every inch of our beds to remove all strands of hair and decided not to sleep with any pillows since there were too many smaller strands of hair that would take forever to remove. Luckily we only had one night reserved and checked out early the next morning. We told the front desk about what happened and were issued an apology for the pillows being placed on the floor, but the staff seemed to justify that hair being on the pillows was somehow normal (what???). Needless to say we won’t be returning to this hotel in the future.

We had difficulty with finding the entry on the back side of the hotel due to the construction. The signs on the back side of the building were confusing. There was a bag of garbage outside the pool door for 2 days. The staff were quick and friendly. There is a tiny breakfast/restaurant area, but the tables are quite close together, not covid friendly. Our room was 2 doors down from the elevator, but I didn't hear any elevator noise on the 4th floor. We wiped down all the surfaces in the room and didn't notice any excessive amounts of grime on the wet wipes we were using, so the cleaning staff did a good job on cleaning. However, there were no extra rolls of toilet paper and the original roll we had was only partly full. We were worried about running out by morning. We were in a hurry in the morning and didn't want to bother the staff so we didn't ask for more. The bed is comfortable and faces the front of the hotel. The window was partly blocked by construction materials. The entire front of the hotel parking is blocked off and you can only park on the back side.

Even during these trying times with Covid , Jennifer and the staff here really made me feel safe and comfortable! This location has lots of great options for good food yet outside the rush of the big city.

I stayed here for one night after surgery at Kaiser-Sunnybrook. Check-in was fast and the suite was great. My caretaker stayed in the living room with sofabed, kitchen area, and TV. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Had to call housekeeping for scissors and to find bedside lamp switch. The person who came was very friendly. Food from their Bistro restaurant was really good. I am so glad I decided to stay and recover here for a day and would recommend the hotel to anyone!
