After reading a post that someone had reviewed this ice cream company. we actually were there and witnessed one of the two women who were working drop the ice cream cones on a dirty mat The owner, a older gentleman then put them back in the box with the other cones we witnessed the lady who was scooping the ice cream serve them to customers. was gross disgusting made us sick. We wondering if the health department visits these type of home run business This gentleman ran this business outside his front door, taking advantage of patrons visiting the park across the street.

We went to Dirty Cones yesterday during the concert. We witnessed Mr. Dirty Cones dropping his cones on the ground and then picking them up and serving them to customers. Totally DISGUSTED. Our family and friends will never return. He saved pennies reusing dirty cones, but lost hundreds because we will never buy ice cream from him again. Mr. Dirty Cones, clean up your act!

What a delightful ice cream stop! Sweet owner, so fun to talk to... Delicious Tillamook ice cream... The squirrel story is adorable and hilarious. Highly recommend, can't wait to go back!

A wonderful stop on a hot day. Directly across from Pavilion Park, the ice cream is great and the servings generous! A real pleasure. Also, if you appreciate photography, Walt is a good resource (and a great photographer!).

Simple. Sweet. Outdoor seating. Intimate. Delicious. A bit pricey but generous portions.

Super expensive for no reason unless you want grocery store ice cream for 8 bucks for 2 scoops go anywhere else

Always the best ice cream!

Cute place. Great idea. Way overpriced!! It’s too bad really… I’d love to recommend it, but with $8 being the only choice for, at most, a medium-sized scoop of Tillamook…. That will be my one time having that experience!

My boys love this place!! The owner is kind and welcoming.

Love the owner and the setting. But 8 bones for an albeit generous serving of Tillamook ice cream is a bit too steep. You can get a quart at the store of the very same stuff for less than what he's charging for a single cone. Fun place though.

Can speak to the ice cream only: generous portion in a waffle cone (or sugar cone or bowl), shaded seating area in a lovely front patio, and a beautiful cat that hangs out. Walt's was a nice stop on a bike ride!

During the sunny season, mid April to early October, Walt’s porch is an ice cream shop. He serves Tillamook ice cream in several flavors and offers a huge scoop with three options of cones/cup for $5. It’s perfect for the lovely small town feeling and adjacent to two public parks with a great atmosphere to sit and enjoy.

Walt is an excellent photographer with a lifetime of experience. He has a small studio located in the heart of Coburg, OR. When you first arrive you are greeted by his artwork display on the front porch. If you're visiting to have your portrait taken, the gallery show continues as you're escorted into the studio. After your photo shoot you join Walt in the "developing room". Where you'll review your photos together via a dual monitor setup. Once you have selected the perfect shot, you can watch as Walt brings the digital image to life. He keeps his art in the photography by doing very few "touch ups" but he is capable of more extensive editing if it is needed or desired. Walt is very professional and friendly and he views the world as if always looking through a camera lens. Thus enabling him to perfectly capture some truly beautiful moments. Stop in and say hi the next time you're in Coburg. He's open whenever it's light outside.
