Can't believe I spent that much on a chili burger with the thinnest patty and rubbery buns. Shakes are great but that's about it anymore.

I grew up here and years ago this was the best burger joint in town. But since then the quality has drastically declined. I literally just hate this place now. Its another overpriced low quality restaurant. I highly recommend Shake N Burger or Vinnys!

The food wasn't great, nothing I'd write home about. I got a cheeseburger, it was very substandard. A Burger King cheeseburger tasted better. Otherwise, things were good. Staff was friendly, the price was good.

I have come here many times. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. What I received is not what I normally get. After not Finishing my meal which incidentally was for my birthday I went inside and inquired about the sandwiches. I was told that the kind of saying what I want is not on the menu because it's a grilled sandwich. I was told I can special order it. The menu has been changed. Had I known this I would have gone elsewhere. The chicken is fake chicken it is foam. I guarantee it is not chicken because I've seen videos and how these kind of sandwiches are made when they prepare the chicken and the factory. You can also tell just by looking at it that it's fake chicken. After expressing my dissatisfaction with my meal I asked for a to go cup for water and was told that I'd have to pay 50 cents for it at which point I just said no thank you goodbye. This means good bye forever. I strive to remain positive in all my reviews. In this case I absolutely can't do that. Most of the food went in the trash. Now we're going to talk about how long it took which was quite a while. It took a 1/2 an hour to get our order. For those of you reading this you have a lot more choices than this restaurant. If you want the kind of sandwich we got go to McDonald's or Burger King because it's the same difference. Next time I'm going to try luigi's Italian sandwiches which is about 3 or 4 blocks away. Goodbye Praus Haus. I will never and I repeat ever dine here again. Not if they were giving it away.

We've been coming here since 2005 as far as I can remember. The food is never skimped and the prices are always fair. Every side is incredible and the burgers themselves are simple yet divine.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for terrible food, got 4 baskets they didn't write anything on them had to open them up and go through the boxes to see who got what. Girl was snotty will never give them my money again. Will also spread the word on miss snotty!
