Got the regular cheese burger melt. Which is supposed to be a grilled and the bottom bread was mushy didn't even look like it was toasted I asked if the sandwich had pickles on it was told no and there was pickles in the sauce the put on it... Glad I'm not allergic to pickles. And to make it even worse the burgers had a nice burnt charcoal layer.. My mom got the Swiss mushroom melt and she said it wasn't any better then mine

Garbage. Manager is rude as hell and should be fired. Her attitude alone explains why the place is barren and empty.The owner of this BK should really consider replacing her, they'd actually have a customer base if they did.

Honestly, its always been 'ok' not stellar. I only ever get one of three items. Ice cream, bacon king, or whopper. What is actually pushing me to make this review now after years. Is the bathroom situation. I showed up, went to go wash up before hitting the counter to order food for thanks for using the restroom. And its keycode locked, probably to 'keep out the homeless'. I am glad I didn't have to take a piss or something right away, because I'd probably lost it in their lobby. Had to wait at the counter to ask the lady for the number which she rattled off faster than an auctioneer, --it didn't work. And I absolutely am not going to go back up there and be like "Please miss, let me into the bathroom because your company locked it bc the dirty homeless people." Handled the money, cup, and straw with hands that had just been down at the recycling plant, and their counters. Absolutely stellar job BK. On top of this, manager/shift lead was rude to the coworkers while I was standing there, 'encouraging' with verbal passive aggressive behavior. Yeah the lobby is usually empty, but it just really made a point I don't need BK that much since I only hit it up once a week or two anyway.

Disappointing late night drive-in. Only one person on duty in the kitchen, cold French fries, poorly cooked chicken sandwich. I’m usually pretty forgiving of fast food restaurants, but in this case, I wished I had gone to McDonald’s instead

Do yourself a favor and take a pass on this location. They either don't care to train their employees properly or more likely they just don't care. If I'm paying top dollar for fast food I expect it to be fresh and not dried out and stale. If I order mozzarella sticks I kind of expect there to be mozzarella sauce in a bag because they kind of go together and I should not have to remind the employee or sit there and go through my bag before I drive away to make sure that they got it right. My one and only order was a burger and fries that have been sitting for I don't know how long and mozzarella sticks with no sauce that were cold and hard I fed everything to the animals. For this I'm offered, no refund but instead a $10 credit to revisit a place I never ever want to revisit again. Why would I ever come back? And let me just say this, the location might be independently owned but this is a direct reflection on the brand.
