“Dairy Queen out here in Charleston kind of by itself. But it was a welcome site. Staff was friendly and efficient and whipped up my strawberry milkshake lickety-split. The shake it so many strawberries in and I could hardly use a straw. Not complaining though topped off with rich creamy whipped cream. It was perfect for my diet. The dining room is fairly small and compact but they have a convenient drive-through.“
“Ordered a Big Mac meal and it acrually looked like the photos. Plus it was good! Pretty quick getting through the drive-thru too.The staff we delt with seemed friendly with smiles (and not the obvious fake customer service friendly). The parking lot is a real PITA. If I lived in the Coos area I'd probably make this my primary location. Both our primary McDonald's in Salem are HORRIBLE drive-thru & parking in their OWN lots.Parking: Shares an odd shaped lot with many other businesses and can be difficult to tell if you're in a driving lane or parking spot, especially when raining hard. I'd say that is the strip mall owner's responsibility, not McDonald's. No points dinged for that from me.“
“Food was hot and the staff were pleasant. The lobby was clean. Melissa the counter girl is always so friendly and approachable if you have a question about the menu.Vegetarian options: Sandwiches can be ordered without meat, but it might not be satisfying for someone with that diet. Breakfast has options where their sandwiches have only egg and cheese, but again...might not be as satisfying and it is limited.Dietary restrictions: Staff will do what they can, but McDonald's doesn't have much leeway with its menu ingredients. They only have cow milk for example.Parking: Large lot with plenty of parking. Around 50-60 parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Large lobby/dining area with tables friendly for children. Plus two computers with games on them.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp entrances on the North side of the building where the majority of the parking is.“
“This is based in comparison to other fast-food restaurants in the area. Wendy's is the best fast-food option in town. Of course it doesn't stand a chance against sit-down burger joints like Yeong's, but this is about speed and efficiency. Wendy excels at this compared to McDonald's, Burger King, and Taco Smell.“
“I don't know what these guys did, but I had the best chicken strips I've ever eaten in my LIFE from this DQ location. It's been over a week since I was there, and I'm just now writing this review because I can't stop thinking about how good that chicken was. DQ isn't exactly the first place that comes to mind when I think "chicken" but after eating at this particular one, that may have changed. Incredible.“
“Awesome place to eat, I order my whopper without cheese add tarter sauce and BBQ sauce, yummy been eating them that way since I was a teenager, the chick with tattoos is kind of a stuck up! JaWheelchair accessibility: Yup they are wheelchair friendly“
“The staff was short and only two people working. Kris said the indoor restaurant was closed but would help me since I couldn’t get through drive thru with truck! Kris was awesome and so polite as well as her coworker! They saved me tonight!!!!“
“We had the BEST lunch at Monkey Business, and AMAZING clam chowder bread bowls - best I’ve ever had! Loved the family friendly atmosphere and the hook and ring games on the tables. Owned and ran by a lovely local couple. It was my first time here, and I will be back every time I come to Charleston from here on out!“
“OMG what a treasure trove!!!! I had heard how great it was but hadn't been yet.... Well we'll definitely be back!!! Food was so fresh and delicious, surroundings so gorgeous, and people so friendly!!! The garden in back was lovely too!!“
“We live in Springfield, but my husband is a traveling contractor who sometimes stays in Coos Bay for weeks at a time. Every time I go down to visit him on long weekends, I make him take me to Shake N Burger for a fat bacon cheeseburger, battered fries, and a strawberry shake. It's one of the best cheeseburgers I've found at a restaurant (the best being grilled burgers at home), and I'm always recommending the place when I hear folks mentioning they're going to the area.“
