“Literally the most amazing food I've ever had at a wedding! We booked black market just based on meeting Kristin the owner and the great things we've heard about them. We never had a taste test with them but they customized a menu with our favorite foods, chicken Marsala, brisket of beef, fresh organic salad and bread, creamy mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli and tiramisu. We got the most amazing compliments on the food and everyone wanted more! Highly recommend black market Gourmet!“

“We came here a while back after a long day of driving. We were tired, a bit disheveled and had our grumpy 2 year old in the stroller. We looked like a mess and so were a bit concerned when we walked in and saw the lovely and quite classy interior with a live harpist playing on a little stage.Our concern quickly vanished as the excellent and laid back service made us feel relaxed and welcome. The food and drinks were equally good and we felt immensely recharged after our meal.The biggest thing I remember about this place was the atmosphere, which had a lovely, laid-back class to it. It felt like it was equally at home hosting our travelling family as it was a 20th wedding anniversary or a dinner with an old friend. I hope we get to come back soon.P.S. it has an excellent changing table in the bathroom. Our son was potty trained by then but finding a fun, classy place that also doesn't require you to try to change a baby on the counter or floor? True perfection“
