Everything from the baked bread, fresh cookies and ingredients is spectacular. Lunch time lines will be a bit long since this place is so popular so call ahead if you are in a hurry but otherwise it is your go to place for a great sandwich.

Only visited once but the homemade bread alone makes this place fantastic!! Had the Italian and thoroughly enjoyed. Staff is very nice. Even thanked me by name when I was leaving. Will definitely be back whenever in Coos Bay.

City Subs has the most amazing bread i've ever had. seriouslg amazing. sandwiches are all good because this bread is just mind blowing. they make dinner rolls and sell them by the half dozen for 10 bucks as i recall. If you're having a family dinner or dinner guests buy some of these rolls and heat them uo a little bit before aerveing you will blow peolles minds. My brother in law ate one I had sitting on the counter and made an almost mad face at me and said "where did you get these dinner rolls?!" i laighed and said city subs he was like ah ya that makes sense.Parking: theres room for 2 or 3 cars out front and the parking on the side is shared with the gum so its usually pretty full. rite across the street jowever is a good size parking lot thats always pretty empty.

We went into this deli last week for the first time. I understand that they are short staffed, but 30 minutes in line is ridiculous. I have never been into a place with only one choice of bread. White. It was not good. I am used to Bungalow's tankers, so when I saw the small the sandwich I was shocked. It was very small for the price. I ordered a veggie sandwich with cheese. i got a cheese sandwich with almost no veggies it had no lettuce. The main reason I wont be back, is the lady in the front, who was very nice, was touching cards and money and her hand often touched food as well. That is actually a health violation and gross. We wont be back.
