Inconsistent the last few times we've ordered, which a corporate franchise should be. This last order was all smashed together so the pizza box on the bottom was garbage by the time we got to it all toppings stuck to the top of the box, yay! Also not the first time that's happened either. On top of that the customer service once provided is no longer of importance to this franchise as it once was and our delivery driver had a super rude attitude. We didn't even have to pay extra for his petty remarks, what a bargain!

I use to order from them all the time. However, since the app was not working, I called. I was told my order was over 50 so I had to pay before delivering. It was Only 45 however.. so I went to get pick up. 9:45 at night and I barely got in my car before being asked by 3 bums for money. They are all over the place on Johnston Ave.Parking: There are plenty of parking spots that be careful of the bums in the driveway.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp.

Consistently good pizza. Friendly and helpful staff.Toppings, sauce and cheese seem sparse compared to a year ago. Maybe because I'm using the app and E-coupons? Maybe because of the economic downturn and rising costs?I'd happily pay for better quality. Make the pizzas a little smaller so you can pile on the ingredients for better pizza, or keep pizzas the same size and charge a couple dollars more for a decent amount of toppings. Just a thought.
