Nicest staff ever and the best bahn mi around! And delicious bao! They recognize my son every time we come in because he's been coming in most of his life at this point, the staff is so sweet to him! I drive all the way over from Turner, the food and staff are that good and worth it!

I visited for the first time yesterday and my experience was so great I had to come back again today. Delicious food, kind staff, and exceptional service!
It's a really great place for a small bite of Vietnamese flavors. I can't recommend the salad roll (shrimps and pork) enough. It's super healthy. They also sell guava canned juice! Seating space is kind of limited so it might take some time finding a spot to eat during peak time. Prices are great and service is kind and very personal.
I visited Corvallis once in 2014 and the sauteed chicken sandwich has been on my mind ever since. At time of writing it is 2023. Eating this sandwich was literally a formative event in my childhood. If you said "rate this sandwich 1-10, where 10 is the best sandwich you've ever had", this sandwich is a 10. It usurped the next best sandwich I've had (which is now an 8). When I applied for university, this restaurant was a point in favor of OSU. Please try their sandwiches. My brother likes the lemongrass beef.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in the region. The taste of the sandwiches is so much better than elsewhere. They know how to use the right amount of spices. Staff is so friendly that we almost feel like family when enter the store.
I usually seek out Bahn Mi whenever possible, not sure why, but it's my thing. This place is very charming, clean, priced right, the staff are full of smiles, and the food is good. This restaurant offers great value for the quality and taste. Highly recommend.
