Upon purchasing our breakfast on April 1, 2024.. The decaf coffee tasted like hot water with cream and sugar. The service was slow, and our burritos were under the heat lamp, and sat there until we finally got said AWFUL DECAF!

Long story short, I went to Carl's and was VERY HUNGRY. I WENT to go order, and there was a BIG FAT LINE. IT TOOK 1 HOUR!¡!)! but when it was my time to get my food, it was cold, and then I went inside and said I got my food cold and that's not expected here, and my poor kid was so hungry too. The person running at the front who I was talking to was like 14. Didn't Evan do anything, and I had to go hame and eat cold 1 hour food from Carl's. I feel badly how I told that poor 14 year old how the food was so cool but I didn't eat my burger and it is still in the fridge?

As a delivery driver for Doordash, I can honestly say there is no other order I want to receive in the Corvallis area than one from Carl's Jr. The food is always ready when I arrive, it's the cleanest food establishment I've seen pretty much anywhere ever, and the staff is SUPER friendly and on top of it.

Screw up my breakfast literally every time. Simple. Egg and cheese no meat breakfast sandwich. They either do meat and cheese sting no egg, or only meat, or egg and meat with no cheese. Everything but what I ordered.
