I stop by often when I get off of work. Almost every time they're out of gauc. I get off at 7:30pm and arrive here around 7:45. They close at 11pm so why are they always out of gauc? Other than that everything is fine.

My recent visit to the new Chipotle location left much to be desired. Unlike the hit-or-miss campus spot, this place fell short. Upon entering, the cleanliness was lacking, with smeared tables and stuff on the floor. Despite being not busy, the first team member rushed our order, providing minimal protein and stingy portions of rice and beans. The protein shortage was noticeable, and they were running low on various options. Surprisingly, a surplus of staff stood idly behind the counter. Perhaps more attention could be given to food prep. We'll consider revisiting after the location has settled in, hoping for improvements. In comparison, the Albany location remains the area's standout choice, consistently offering a better experience.

Pretty straight forward chipotle. Unbearable to eat in the building because the lobby speakers and the kitchen loudly playing different songs at the same time. Feels like a cafeteria.

We went there mid afternoon, maybe 3pm, so not lunch or dinner rush. There were a few other customers at the time. The bathroom was a mess, empty tp, mess all over the toilet. All but one table in the dining room had food and mess on them and needed wiped. Three of the food bins were empty, steak, green salsa, and lettuce. With six people working, all of these things should have been easily addressed, yet the kitchen staff were dancing around listening to music so loud they could not even hear the phone ringing continuously. In general, it was a bad experience and will not return.

Best part of this place is the convenient location of the drink dispenser ;)Food tastes fine. Not as good as 10 years ago, but they were taken over by McDonalds corp which is disappointing and the quality crashed horribly.My portion size was fine although they are always tapping the guac spoon off so it’s much smaller. Guy that served me my bowl was very short with me, no hi or greeting just a “what do you want”Good enough and I’m glad there’s a second location.

Overall, Chipotle’s service and quality has been crashing rapidly. Their portion sizes have been cut by 50%; the charm of going to chipotle to enjoy a stuffed burrito is no longer there. Even the employees attitudes and energy are unappealing and honestly sad to watch them behave with such lackluster. If they don’t want to be there, they should just go home or work somewhere else where they don’t need to be physically present in the public space.If chipotle wants a thriving business, they need to get their act together and fix these issues.

As another recent reviewer noted, the portions have been significantly downsized. Kind of dissapointing. No notice or warning before you start your order which feels deceiving. Just way less food for same price. Food tastes great though. Love the new location. They need to update their nutrition facts though to reflect the dramatic reduction in serving portions.
