On March 28th I was told I was going to be run refunded. For my order. I was not my three previous orders have came with the dough risen and no sauce in between and the last month and a half maybe two the quality of the pizza has gone to CRAP I SPEND MY MONEY SO I DON'T HAVE TO COOK DINNER AND YET ALL I GET IS -60 IN MY ACCOUNT FROM THE THREE TIMES I'VE ORDERED

Twice in the last two weeks we've ordered a pizza for delivery only for it to be delivered to the wrong address both times. We've checked the address and it's correct with our appt# and building #. The first time I called the person I spoke with on the phone was nice at first and then seemed annoyed and bothered. I just want to get the pizza I ordered at the time we order it for.EDIT: I've been on the phone for an hour now with no member picking up. Extremely displeased. Spent over 20$ on this order and have not gotten food nor any help.

Tried to call in to order a pizza. Had an AI answer who had no idea what he was doing. Wanted to talk to a person after train for a long time I got transferred to somebody in a call center not even in this country I don’t know what happened to food industry but we are truly falling

I'm extremely frustrated. I am a college student who visits this location often. However the last 5 or 6 times they have constantly messed up my knots. I've ordered both in person and through the app. The garlic knots are constantly made as parmesan knots, which i can not eat. I've been very forgiving considering the app has no options for comments on the food including allergies and other. Today, however I went in and ordered I asked for garlic knots again. After an almost 25 minute wait and no receipt provided till the order was complete I see that the woman at the counter placed them as parmesan messing up my order again, on top of the fact that she didnt charge me for another item that I ordered. They remade them for the gal to come back from break and be upset about the remake. She stated that there was no button for other types of knots and that I needed to let them know that about no parmesan so they can make a note in their order. The same could be said for them. If I order garlic knots and there's no button then why didn't she put it in the comments? I left the place in tears due to the fact that I was embarrassed for something that was not my fault. The only reason it wasn't a 1 star is because if all the other staff members who have fixed her mistakes up till this point. I can say that I will not be going back to this location no matter the case.

Tonight we ordered pizza.. they only applied one of the two coupons that your able to use a day.. get the pizza home one is missing the sausage all together the other is missing toppings on part of the pizza all together. Called and talked to store manager John he has every excuse as to this being our fault, states he can't deliver new pizza because it's a liability. Can't replace or refund unless we come back today because we paid cash. He states district management has no contact with customers. When he was advised multiple times I can't drive due to a disability he then goes on to state I'm sorry your inebriated and can't drive. No accountability, low quality,messed up orders then their standards is to accuse a disabled person of being inebriated? Check your orders close before accepting them.

Good service. Order is always correct.The only time I've been hassled by an employee was when I tried to pay for $25 of pizza with a $50 bill. Apparently domino's corporate will only let them give $20 in change back. Classic out of touch corporate decision made by people who don't buy things for themselves.

We had a great experience walking in to order. The staff was very friendly and promptly answered our questions about gluten free menu items. Gluten free pizza came out perfect and we were very happy. Will come back when we’re in town next time!

Order from them regularly Everything you'd expect hot food, friendly drivers, good delivery time. One time even had them call me because they were abnormally busy just to let me know they got my order and that it would be about a hour to hour and a half wait. Which gave me the chance to decide if I wanted to wait for it or cancel. I appreciate that kind of customer service and transparency about how long it was gonna be. Keep up the good work local dominos kids and I love you guys for pizza night
