The food here is terrific, but good luck to you getting it. The service is so unreliable, inconsistent and disappointing that I will never attempt it again. 3 weeks ago tried to order and their refrigerator had gone out and all the food was rotten. Last week tried to order an hour after it opened and they were out of what we wanted. Today placed an order online that was accepted, drove downtown to get it and the restaurant was closed. On a Saturday. When this place closes again I won't be surprised. With zero restaurant experience I am sure I could do a better job managing this place.

Just finished our delicious meal!! Cuban sandwich and blackened fish tacos were bomb! Generous portions, excellent sauces, and very yummy and unique fries! Will definitely be ordering again and hope to visit in person when we can!

Family of five, first visit. We ordered for pick up, at 5:30 Friday night. Fish tacos, pulled pork platter, Cuban sandwich, side of plantains, guava empanadas for dessert. They said it would be ready at six and to call when I pulled up. I was running a tan behind and at six o five I was met outdoors by a (probably) smiling, very friendly, appropriately masked employee, credit card reader in hand. Easy transaction and the best part was there was NO PLASTIC!! All biodegradable packaging! Got home divvied up the goods, there was plenty to fill all five of us, the kids LOVED everything beyond the kale salad, but we adults loved that. It was the only "spicy" thing on the plate. The kale salad. The ingredients were fresh, we enjoyed the colorful mango salsa and black beans, the chocolate dipping sauce for the Maduras was eaten by the fingerfull!! 10/10 will order from here again.

Every time I've been here they are super nice and friendly. The food is so filling and delicious. You won't be disappointed. This is now one of my go to spots in Corvallis. Can't wait to come here when the pandemic is over and enjoy the music and ambience I have yet to experience!

Excellent food! So excited to find such a delicious Cuban sandwhich so close to home. We ordered the the sandwhich, beef empanadas, and maduros. Everything was hot and delicious. This is fresh, clean food. So good.

TL;DR -- excruciatingly slow, and for no apparent reason. Food is decent. We got takeout from here a couple of weeks ago. Placed the order online at 6:15 and was told it would be ready by 6:45. At 6:40 (while en route to pick up the food) we got a call that it wouldn't be ready until 7:15. So...we ran a couple of errands and showed up curbside at 7:20. One car was in front of us waiting. Owner was standing outside with a couple of bags of food -- yay! No, not really...food wasn't ours. A few minutes later, someone showed up on foot to pick up the bags of food from the owner. About 30 minutes after that, the owner brought food to the people in the car in front of us. At 8:45 he brought us our dinner, apologized profusely, and said he would refund half of our dinner bill (spoiler alert: he did not provide a refund). This is a difficult time for everybody. I am being extra patient and understanding in all of my interactions. I am tipping hospitality employees particularly well. All of that said, this was egregious. It took 2.5 hours after we ordered to get our food. We spent 1.5 of those hours out front in a cold car waiting for it. During that time, we saw exactly two meals leave the restaurant. Why? What was taking so long? The food was solid, though not exceptional. In the end, when this place is open for dine-in, we might give it another shot, but no more takeout, for sure.

My new favorite place for take out in Corvallis! Love the flavors! So far, I've tried the chicken wings, the Ahi, the steak bites and the salads, both of which were healthy, nicely prepared and very tasty. Was my 3rd time in as many weeks. Will undoubtedly regularly dine on Havana Club fare. Highly recommend.
