When I walked in, I was not greeted in a friendly manner. In fact, the guy who did acknowledge me seemed like he would have rather been anywhere else. No smile, no warm welcome, just "hold on I'll be with you in a sec"I was unaware that pick up orders were left on a table by the front door. This does not seem okay, seeing as though anyone could just come in and pick up anyone's order. When I asked for my order, he rudely pointed to the table and said "uhm over there"Please train your staff to be friendlier and more helpful, rather than letting them display poor customer service.

I preordered a sandwich 4 hours prior to when it was supposed to be delivered and a coworker of mine got his 40 minutes before I got mine. Mine showed up 40 minutes late. When I called asking where it was (twice) I got a rude and super rushed response.
Eat here often but likely will never return. Today, ordered for pickup then arrived and let them know we were there. Waited 40 minutes in store with dozens of orders placed after we arrived, let alone ordered, completed. Then when asking about what is taking so long our sandwiches were sitting there already prepared. No reason why they weren't given to us when completed. Who appeared to be the manager was too busy literally picking her nose to deal with anything other than slamming the phone down.

I’ve been here at this location 4 times now, sandwiches are amazing but a bit expensive maybe because I always get the giant 16” sandwich. The people are always professional and respectful, definitely will be coming back

Subs are really good my fav is the JJ Gargantuan of course you're gonna pay for it but overall you're gonna be satisfied they have a pretty wide selection of subs using decent meats The only thing they're missing is a good steak sub

I frequently order from this Jimmy John's location. I order thru the app and then pick-up at the store. Today I ordered the B.L.T. I DO NOT recommend. I initially ordered my sandwich with extra bacon but when I changed my order to a combo my customizations weren't saved. I picked up my order, drove back to work, and dug right in given the limited time I have for my lunch break. The sandwich seemed thin and not a lot to it. As I ate my sandwich I googled "how many pieces of bacon come on the JJ B.L.T." The answer is 6 pieces. Since I had finished the first half, I cracked open the second half and counted 4 pieces of bacon. Next I googled the location I picked up at and called. I reported my two missing pieces of bacon to the store manager. She asked me to bring in the sandwich so she could see it. Really? Boooooooooo Jimmy John's!! Won't be ordering for a while now. I'll frequent an establishment if the product is good or the service. Today Jimmy John's had neither.?

This used to be my go-to sandwich shop. Now I prefer to go to Togo's or Jersey Mike's. At least at those places the employees know how to follow instructions and none of them have ever straight lied to my face.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options as well. My vegetarian roommate loves this place.Parking: This location is in a 'cluster' of other businesses who all share a large parking lot. Therefore, parking is not an issue.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible parking spaces and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
