Love this place. Be warned, the viet coffee is strong! The salad rolls are bomb. The dine-in experience isn’t the most ideal. If you want to dine-in, I’d recommend the warmer days so you can sit on the picnic tables.

The customer service was so great just the food was pretty bland and the salad rolls I had were like rubber with strong carrots favor.

A tasty banh mi, but could use more mayo. The salad rolls had 0 flavor (hello, basil or spearmint?) & were far too expensive for what they were.

I got a chicken banh mi. It tasted fine, but it was very small (priced appropriately though). The flavors weren't balanced throughout, so sometimes I took a bite and got a mouthful of salt. The chicken also wasn't very good quality.

I am genuinely addicted to their pork banh mi sandwiches, I like mine with extra jalapeño! I gave 5 stars to atmosphere because even though the area to eat is just a couple of outdoor picnic benches, it has a very welcoming vibe; the owners are so kind and friendly that even on a cold rainy day I like eating there! If you'd rather eat indoors, you can definitely call ahead and get your order to go.Photo: pork vermicelli bowl

My first banh mi at Mum Mum seemed a bit ‘flat’. No real crispiness to the bread. Nothing particularly stand out in the flavors. What a pleasant surprise when I returned for another try. Flavors really popped, especially with each bite into the jalapeño. I still wouldn’t mind a bit more crunch to the crust of the bread.Banh mi sandwiches are ideal for takeout. Just a bit of paper packaging. Pho on the other hand is a takeout disaster in my experience. Sticky noodle clumps and luke warm temps. And far too much disposable junk.I sure hope they work out something for using that little bit of indoor seating they have, so that I can pop in for a bowl of soup on a regular basis.

Woah! Never met such a rude owner! Don't dine here unless you are desperate. Young guy must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed

Go visit this amazing little place. We live on the coast and will be back. Their broth is delicious , and the packaging is perfect to take away leftovers.

Consistently delicious, Mum Mum has become my favorite spot to grab dinner. The Vietnamese Pizza is a perfectly spicy umami bomb whose decadence is unmatched. If you’re scared of the spice, their iced tea is a great palette cleanser and thirst quencher. My comfort meal is the chicken baguette and it never disappoints. The spot is family owned and operated, and they are always so welcoming and pleasant. If you haven’t stopped by, give it a try. I’d you have, try something new! I am always pleasantly surprised when exploring their menu.

Two small picnic tables are outside in a shaded area. The staff is very kind and passionate about the food. I have had the Vietnamese pizza, pandan waffle, and the tofu baguette and all were delicious with great flavor. They were kind enough to substitute pork for vegetarian friendly options. The menu is greatly priced.Vegetarian options: They have options such as tofu baguette and were free to substitute pork for tofu on other products

I wish I took a picture of the viet pizza I had for lunch! Viet pizza is a most try idea because it packed with so much flavors, spicy, sweet and fulfilling. Don’t even get me started on their banh mi.
