First of all, the quality of the rice and the veggies were really fresh. Unfortunately, the chicken curry had way too much pepper on it and not enough curry, plus no red, sweet pickled radish was included, even though it was in the picture. Also, the teriyaki sauce was not typical tasting, I had to wash off the sauce and put some on that we had at home. This is the first time we ordered from this restaurant so I will have to call and ask questions first next time. I am sure that there must be something good on their extensive menu. I also accidently ordered 2 teriyaki chickens, when I only wanted one, but that's my fault for not double checking my Door dash order. I just bring that up to remind people to double check their orders. The milk tea was good too.

I typically enjoy the food from here as it is probably the best in Corvallis. This post is based on the accuracy and hygiene found within the restaurant. Even though they have a good deal going on, the importance of cleanliness and attention to detail are not there Precovid they were THE SPOT.... Feel like it's not the same. Last week, half my order was wrong let it go because it was okay it's just food. Today: I find a hair in my food.... They need to start focusing on the little things over there

Their quality is too inconsistent to trust. Our final order was spicy chicken with green beans and pot stickers. What they served was a small amount of chicken and beans on top of 1.5 cups of hot pepper fragments. Real bottom of the barrel junk. For a worker to scoop that out and serve it... stunning. Says everything about their quality standards.

My son had garlic pork which he loved. I got sweet & sour chicken and it was inedible. It was delivered so just pitched the order of sweet & sour in the trash not worth trying to return it. So traditional Chinese yes American style no way.

Ordered general tso’s chicken, for two, through door dash. Not only did the food arrive cold, wildly cold. It was rubbery, inedible \u0026 even the white rice was inedible. Also, the portions were NOT as described. I was disappointed on almost every level. Please support a better local business than this one.

Was unable to place my order online, or by phone, so I drove there to order in person. Found it closed, during hours posted as open. No notice, on their website, phone system, or on the storefront. I can't even say if they're even still in business, but today they lost mine.
Food was inedible. The mapo tofu was slimy and the only flavor was of red chili- nothing appealing. Crab puffs tasted like the crab had gone bad and came with no dipping sauce. The spring rolls were ok- but soggy on the inside. I took one bite of everything and the rest went in the trash. Totally turned my stomach. Wish I could have gotten my money back but ordered through DoorDash.

Used to be the best place to eat cheap in Corvallis, amazingly good *HOT POT*... but that was taken off the menu and nothing else stands up to it. Why even keep the place called Number One Hot Pot if there is no hot pot... don’t go, it’s not worth your time.
