Absolutely love this particular Pizza Hut. Employees are super sweet and helpful, they make sure to get the orders right (at least in my experience) and the food is well made... not sloppy and slapdash like some places will do. Great team. Thanks guys!

I ordered a combo that was supposed to come with a code. It did not come with a code, customer support refused to help and the employees had no idea how to help. I kindly asked for a manager to call me but received no call. Pizzahut loses another customer , too bad because the employees and food are decent .Also customer support demanded my full name, address, phone number, zip code and a bunch of other personal information. Take in consideration that customer support is open extremely weird hours like 4pm to midnight we can safely assume they are using foreign call centers to take our calls and steal our personal information. Hopefully I can find out how to report them and have an investigation done into where our information is going and if it's being sold.

I had no idea there was a lunch deal for a personal pizza and drink for $5 (basic pizza, specialty are extra but still reasonable). Definitely a great option, especially since it's so close to my work. I've always loved pizza hut and I grew up eating the personal pan pizzas. But now I know it's perfect for lunch even as a grown up. ?

It's alright pizza, but for the price range just get something like dominos or little Caesars and you will be more happy with what you get. The crust is okay, but very monotonous in texture and their sauce is serviceable.
Charged me $2.50 for extra cheese, $2.50 extra for mushrooms. Got neither.

I have online ordered for delivery from the Corvallis location multiple times over the last few months and every time I have been incredibly disappointed with my service for multiple reasons. When I’ve checked the box for contactless, they have not respected that. Thinking maybe they didn’t notice, I started checking the box as well as writing it out in delivery instructions. I have had my pizza left at my door without knocking to notify us that it had arrived so it was cold by the time we noticed. Specifically tonight, my pizza was made incredibly sloppily. I had ordered half pepperoni, half chicken and sausage. On the pepperoni side, I had multiple slices that only had 1 pepperoni on it and multiple slices of pepperoni on the chicken and sausage side. Sauce and toppings had slid off the chicken and sausage side so that it was basically a plain pizza. It looked as if they had thrown it together, slung it around, dropped it on the floor a few times and then delivered it. The first few times I tried to give benefit of the doubt, but it has continued many times over. I am incredibly disappointed with the service and won’t be returning.

I have a dark brown hair and I found a blond hair inside the pizza. I enjoyed a lot ordering a pizza once in a while from this place. Now I'm so disappointed

Was a 4 star! Now you lost my business. I don't know who is running this store now but quality of pizza and service has plummeted lately. Now if they don't have what you ordered they just substitute for whatever they think you might want instead of calling and asking customer.
