Downtown is a drag now that drug addicts and derelict individuals hanging around the entrance. Better to go to the 9th street starbucks or a local coffee shop.

ATTN BARISTAS: if you are unsure whether the customer asked for hot or iced, ASK them!!!I was standing near the counter the entire time, and could have easily been asked to clarify. Not sure why the barista guessed I'd want an iced drink on a chilly morning??

When I was asked what I needed so said it was about an order and received no response whatsoever. Asked another lady if the order was all ready as it was a customers order and then the other lady smerks and laughs and. Says she wasn’t ignoring me well if you don’t answer someone’s question and help someone else first when I was there before them unprofessional service and extremely rude!

oh my god, this Starbucks is AMAZING. I saw makalaya and cried, and then I saw Katelyn and I cried even more. Katelyn sang and I swear to god I thought I heard Shakira she was all like ERRRRR

Waited 30+ min for a single drink, asked if they were still working on it, hadn't even started. Proceeded to make the wrong drink then finally was served. 40+ min for a single drink is astounding

There was little to no interaction with the employees at any stage, not even to ask my name, but the worst part was the quality of the beverage I was given. The pumpkin cream cold brew looked nothing at all like advertised, with a slight film of foam sitting on top of the ice. I was honestly shocked that this drink would be given out, and I really would not recommend spending your money here.
