Went to the Starbucks downtown Corvallis to pick up customer order it was poorly put together in the back which it leaked all over when I got to customers home. I went to the closer Starbucks to get order due to the other Starbucks posing a rotten disposition when I explained that it had dumped everywhere. They weren’t willing to offer assistance at first. The two ladies who helped me this morning were quick, thorough, professional and empathetic about the circumstances I was experiencing! The 3rd St Starbucks is not good or needs to get better help who addresses situations in an appropriate manner and doesn’t act out or appear irritable with the customer.

This is for the new Starbucks on Philomath Blvd. Visited this location for the third time. It spacious and clean. Fast service. The coffee is great tasting! Well, I can only vouch for their cafe americano. The have breakfast items all day. Drive-thru too if you prefer. Friendly employees.

Customer service is everything. Unfortunately I had terrible service and it makes me sad, like a coffee experience should be enjoyable and satisfying. I bought a iced caramel cloud the drink was okay.. I just can't get over how rude the batista was. I never write reviews but seriously little girl do you realize how many people will take your job and do a much better job than you? You brought immaturity and negativity into your work place and I hope you learn how to become a decent human being..The little lady with half her head shaved we could have been friends but instead you were sour.

I really enjoy their matcha. Staff is always really friendly and if you don't already have the app and you visit even once a month just get it. You won't regret it. You will be bummed at the number of times you go and didn't use the app.
