First of all, I love the eclectic, quirky, and vintage atmosphere. It is really welcoming and the music adds a nice touch. Secondly, the food is amazing, especially the pulled pork sandwich, gouda mac, and truffle fries. My only criticism is that there isn’t tons of seating. People kept coming in without seating being available.

When we went to the bar to order we stood there for several minutes while the bar tender talked to a couple in front of us that she knew while one employee said bye to everyone and left and another waitress ignored us and counted money in front of us and then went over to the other side of the bar counting tabs and standing there. When the bar tender finally got to us her tone changed and it was like we were an inconvenience. When my husband and son went to ask for a refill, they stood in line for 5 minutes (2nd ones in line) and still hadn't been helped, so we just left. The food had no flavor. We returned the root beer as it was carbonated water with what was supposed to be flavor mixed in, but had no flavor. The cheddar and pepper jack Mac was just noodles with something resembling watery cheese sauce and had no flavor. The nachos looked delicious and reportedly had 3 kinds of cheese on it, but looked and tasted like powdered cheese with no flavor. The chicken on the nachos was dry and had no flavor and the vegan chili had no flavor. The only flavor or taste came from the guacamole and sour cream on top. The burgers were okay but the bun was over cooked. The pulled pork sandwich was bland as well and didn't have enough sauce. Also, the chairs are dirty and stained, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned that day and was out of toilet seat covers.Kid-friendliness: It is not kid friendly.

Order at the bar, then they bring the food and drinks to the table. Great food, friendly staff. Excellent menu, creative cocktails, good selection of beer and cider. Well-stacked bar. Great parking, scenic location.

Their fish tacos and bar tenders are really great! Atmosphere needs to be a little bigger for more private conversations, as it got loud, but still wonderful.

This restaurant is a gem! Walk in, grab a menu to your left, and order at the bar once you're ready. Staff are wonderful - every person I've interacted with, every visit, has been warm, friendly, and accommodating. Food's delicious and the presentation's nice; it's obvious everyone here cares about what they do. Drinks are top-notch and they really do have something for every palat. Not sure what you want? Ask the folks working here! This place never disappoints.

Enjoyed sitting outside with our pup on a nice February day. Food was awesome. We recommend the poke bowl. Seating is open and you order at the bar. Good selection of cocktails.

Brass monkey is quintessential Corvallis. Always interesting, welcoming, warm, and with great food and mixed drinks. Unashamedly queer friendly and supportive, this is a great place to relax, get some late night bites and check out the decor. Where did they get the dripping table? Love this place. Never change.

Delicious food. Chkn n waffles rocked. Bartender- dude with beard? Tom? Mike? -Very friendly. Will definitely return. Sitting right under a heat vent that was blowing pretty hard kinda sucked. My eyes felt completely dry by the time we left. Waaa waaaa.

Good food and nice atmosphere. You order at the bar so it’s a bit more informal.Appetizers were delicious and drinks were great! I got a tuna taco and smoked portobello; I prefer the portobello! The tuna did lack a little flavor. For apps we got hush puppies and loaded tots. Both fantastic.

$44 for two burgers which had the cheapest buns possible and the driest chicken. Not ordering here again.
