Stopped at the food truck tonight on my way back to Salem, the owner lady was very nice. She recommended the 4 street tacos El pastor, SO GOOD!!!! They are super nice there and very easy to talk to. I will definitely be back. Thank you very much!!!!

Best authentic Mexican food I’ve had. The service alone exceeds my expectations each time. The atmosphere is what brings us back often! Their prices are more than reasonable, for the best quality tacos I’ve ever had. I can’t thank their family enough for being in Dallas and sharing their foods with the community! No joke I have tried 40 or so taco spots in the pacific NW and this is the best! Found them at snack fest and I will 100% be making the 1 hour drive to Dallas to be eating again!!! Please please go try this place! Service is outstanding fast and friendly I haven't been to the brick and mortar spot yet. But the food truck is dope!

I'd be very happy to give this eatery four stars were it not for the icy and rude owner who served us this evening. I told her that after moving to town 6 months ago I tried numerous times to stop by her restaurant and eat, only to find that it was never open. But she voiced no concern for my inconvenience, and the fact that I made repeated efforts to patronize her business didn't seem to land with her at all. Tonight we ironically stumbled upon their food truck out of the blue when it was parked out at Salt Creek Cider House, and in spite of my frustration I decided to give it a try. Their food is creatively assembled and above average when compared to other Americanized Mexican restaurants, but it's in no way authentic. The fact that customer satisfaction plays a part in dictating the reputation of a business is entirely lost on this owner. And I just don't feel good about spending my money at a business where the owner can't muster any demonstrable appreciation for my patronage.

We had El Pique cater our rehearsal dinner, and we were so happy we did! We received 2 hours of delicious unlimited tacos, salsa included. What a deal! The cook was very kind and helpful. My guests as well as my husband and I were very happy with the service. A special thank you for being so patient with the 30 mph winds we were having that day.
