I'm not upset that they messed up my order, I'm upset about the way they went about it.In Spanish, I asked them if they could substitute a meat in one of their menu items. It wasn't a problem and they charged an extra "custom order" fee, which was expected. Shortly after, I could hear the discussion going on where the person taking my order told the other (who I presumed was the cook) that "he ordered steak, not chicken." The discussion went on and eventually he glanced over to me, then shrugged at her. I took it to go so I didn't find out until I walked back home.I was becoming a frequent customer but that amount of disrespect now forces me to go to everyone I recommended them to and tell them about why this isn't so wonderful.To round off the review - the food is good, the portions are great (torpedo-sized burritos), but the sauces are lacking on all aspects. I won't be back, ever.

This place is serving it up hot and fresh. I ordered Carne Asada Corn Tacos and it was delicious. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Great place for the family or solo. Great little Mexican Restaurant in Dalles, Oregon.

Just sadly less than average on their Togo, $9 Chile Rellano Burrito, they did substitute Rice (a cheap filler) with rice & beans, which was mighty right of them.

The food was delicious, as always. I ordered the #8 Carne Asada. My only criticism is that I wish they served it on a plate instead of a styrofoam container, since I ate in.The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean.
