If you are looking to order breakfast online and go pick it up, please know they DO NOT process your order when it is paid for! So if you happen to be a couple minutes late to picking it up, it won't be available to you, and they won't make it right even though it's been ordered and paid for. The window staff is alright but managers should be able to fix something when it's fixable, are you not supposed to make the customer happy? I work in food services and HATE leaving bad reviews, but if it's something that can be fixed, it SHOULD be fixed. Just be prepared for them not to try to make the customers happy.

First Time in the Dallas Mc D's. Easily the best I've ever been in. The burgers were correct and hot, the fries were full and hot. And the tables were clean. I haven't had that in about 20 years it seems, probably more like 10. I wish all locations could pull that off at least half the time. But you seem to only get one or none anymore. Kinda sad really. But huge ? to Dallas Mc D's and staff. Hopefully not a fluke I'll be back to see!

If I would have ordered this in the store I doubt they would have served this to me.Not only was it burned and soggy, they forgot the pickles. This was TERRIBLE. Not even edible.This is a 6 dollar chicken Sandwich. C'mon you guys, do better.

The quality of this location has gone down significantly in recent years. The food is always messy and inconsistent; if it's even correct. We often have to go inside after going through the drive thru because they forgot items. Today we went through the second line and three other people came through the other one, they never said anything over the intercom so we had to drive back around. The people working seem like they hate their jobs. It was never like that before. Dallas is a small town and should have great customer service.It's worth it to drive over to Independence or just skip McDonald's all together and go somewhere else.
