“Authentic, great tasting food. This is the real deal, so tasty I ordered another dinner to go, plus lunch for the next day, too. Nice place, like eating in your mom's kitchen, plus there's even a ice cream parlor attached next door that serves up some really good ice cream too.“

We were served real sliced potatoes, homemade (on site) bread that was fantastic, and their Marionberry jam, which they also make. Be sure to buy a jar to take home! The breakfast was awesome! “Cute little coffee shop. I've been here a couple times and the staff is really great. They remember the regulars and make your order perfect. Each time I ordered a bakery item and each time it wasn't great. The first was a cookie and it tasted like the inside of an old refrigeratorThe second a berry scone tasted like the onion or garlic bagel it was sitting next to at some point. Needless to say I threw them both out.My drink was perfect so I'll be back but it's a hard no on the bakery items.“

“Came here every morning we were in town for pastries and every single one was delicious. The croissants are buttery and flavorful, and the scones have interesting flavors and the perfect texture. Cannot recommend coming here highly enough to start your day with pastries and coffee. On our last day we decided to have a sit-down breakfast. Their Apple compote French toast on brioche was delicious. The fruit tasted great on top. The avocado toast was immensely disappointing. We were fairly confident that the avocado was not fresh and had come from a pre-puréed container. Staff members were always friendly. Even when full it wasn't too loud. Highly recommend for pastries and coffee, not so sure about the full breakfast.“

“I was in Newberg on some business, and I drove by From Russia With Love. It looks like a coffee stand, maybe a little larger. I had heard some vegan friends mention it, so decided to give it a try. I got Kalli's fave, a golden pastry filled with seasoned potatoes. A side of the cabbage and cucumber salad, which complimented the savory pastry! The potato pastry was piping hot, and I pulled over in a parking spot to enjoy while it was fresh and hot! I got the vegan option and the person that took my order knew exactly what I should order that was vegan. I also got a coffee with a dairy alternative. There weren't a lot of vegan options, but I would order Kalli's fav again in a heartbeat!“

“Excellent Staff. Staff are true professionals. The Human Bean Drive Through Cafe is sparkling clean: ❤ I had to long-neck to get a look inside from my vehicle window. ?No beverage spills or gunk at pick-up windows as seen in various other popular name drive-through cafes. I drove across the USA & Canada in my 2012, manual stick shift, glass-roof black Mustang in 2023, and frequently utilized drive-through cafes. All said, now back to home base... the Newberg, OR Human Bean outlet has outstanding staff who are experts at whipping-up the best beverages (hot & cold) and serves a super line of healthy (my opinion) snacks...all served with great humor and smiles!?“

“This town--maybe all towns in the Pacific Northwest--has A LOT of drive thru coffee shacks, but this one is our favorite. The chai is good, the hot chocolate is good, customer service if friendly, and there's not a long line like those other chain coffee shacks. Buy local. If you choose to give a thumbs-up or not, I hope you found my review helpful!“
