Had a delicious bowl of teriyaki beef and rice. I'll be back when in Estacada. Noticed they didn't have a Google map listing yet so I even created it for them just so I could leave a review. :)
I would highly recommend eating here. Food is fantastic, prices are great and he is amazing with customers. Owner is super nice, he is great doing business with. I would definitely recommend trying Vij Eatery. Great place to eat.

Lovely man, wonderful food. His sauce is not too sweet, and has lots of flavor.Vegetarian options: His yakisoba noodles are so good. He says if he has a days notice, he may be able to have tofu.
