Today at lunch my friend ordered noodles and they never showed up, nor did anyone ever acknowledge that they didn’t ever bring them to her. Everyone in the place was left with empty water glasses, including a pregnant woman. I had visited this place a few years ago and it wasn’t like this back then. Please do better.

This is my favorite moving sushi bar in Eugene. Thet are always happy to make you any roll that's not on the belt and the service is always friendly and Accommodating. Try to save me a seat if you make this your new sushi bar ?Parking: Pay To park curbside if you're lucky or across the street in the paid lot

I have only ordered togo and am vegan so I have had a limited amount of their menu.I do wish they had a vegan bowl option (they couldn't confirm if any are).Avocado rolls are reasonably priced and hit the spot, hosts have also been very nice and patient with me when I first ever ordered there.

It was a really fun sushi experience. You can sit at a booth or bar and grab sushi as it passes you on the conveyor belt. You can also order from the menu. Then at the end they total you out.It was a fun way to try a bunch of different types in one sitting.Very casual. Grubhub order. No wasabi soy or ginger. Called restaurant and they were rude and hung up on me. I eat there 3 times a week dine in. Couldn’t leave work so decided to stick with my usual and have it delivered. After being treated so poorly I will never go back. Other options in town.

Very friendly service and the food is always delicious. I've been coming to 541 Sushi since they opened. The food is always fresh tastes like it. I recommend the Manhattan, Vegas, and Volcano rolls. Love those!!!
Not sure if it was a bad day. But, carousel was a mix of old and new variety. Egg rolls hot but soggy. Mussels iffy. Nigiri white tail color was weird. Sauces were great. Soda was great. Sushi rolls lacked variety and taste. Lots of crab. Tempura fish disgusting and cold. Didn't get sick, so that's good. Place really needs a revamp inside. Wanted to love this place so bad. But never again.
I love rotating sushi bars and this place is great. Do yourself a favor and get the calamari & Baked mussels. The Miso Soup is also a good side to sip on.
