Bad customer service

Wayyyy overpriced , 5 dollars for one loosely scooped ice cream the size of a small tomato . Better off spending your money at Prince Pucklers or even the ice cream shop In Round One they're way cheaper. This place really took a nosedive over the years shame to say I won't be coming back

Awful place to work at!!I landed a job here after being hired on the spot with no formal interview, Sabrena just asked me a few questions and then hired me the same day I was dropping off my resume which should have been the first red flag but I was desperate for a job so I took it.Everything was fine for a few months but I do wanna say that this place SCAMS their customers .She trained me to hollow scoop the ice cream and had me weigh it out at four ounces for 5 DOLLARS that is HALF A CUP of ice cream for 5 DOLLARS!! Sabrena was rude and condescending to me whenever I made a mistake which is not how you handle training someone, I was given a chair to take my breaks and rest when there was no customers which she encouraged me to use then one day ,about three months into working there, I walk into the shop and see that the chair was gone with no reason or warning and I never saw it again for the duration for my time working there, me and my other coworkers were also forbidden from sitting on the beam inside the store even though we now had nowhere else to sit. I had no choice but to take my breaks sitting down on the floor in the back of the shop because she discouraged me from leaving the shop except to go get lunch and still expected me to serve customers on my breaks and lunches which is against oregon labor laws!!I was eventually fired after 4 months working here after Sabrena came into the shop and found me sitting on the Floor on one of my breaks and chewed me out for sitting on the floor and for not having the sauce topping and spoons fully stocked. She also sarcastically asked me if I knew how to spade the ice cream even though it was obviously recently spaded .That day was the most busy I have ever seen the shop and had been serving customers by myself with no help for hours and didnt have the time to restock those two items. After the minimum wage went up I was no longer scheduled with any coworkers for the last 30 minutes to an hour which is usually when it is most busy for me and I could have really used that help. It is not fair that I was left to serve customers by myself with crowds as large as you'd see at starbucks, I know they can afford to schedule more people with how much they charge for ice cream. I got a text from Sabrena later that day which told me I was fired for not having the toppings filled and for sitting on the floor and that I would get my final paycheck next pay period which is also against labor laws , I was supposed to get my final paycheck no later than one business day. I filed multiple complaints with the BOLI . Please save yourself the stress and don't work here and don't let your kids work here

If I could give this "ice cream" shop zero stars, I would...Anyways, I decided to go grab some ice cream after work, and All American serves Umpqua, which is a great brand. However, the ice cream was freezer burnt, the scoops were hollow ($7 for a hollow scoop SCAM), and the waffle cone was stale. Also, the manager was yelling at an employee for sitting down, there were no customers in line, I was the only one there. I had to wait for about five minutes, yes FIVE minutes in order to be served because the employee was crying, which is understandable considering the, person who I am assuming was the manager, told the employee they were fired, ummm what? The manager was a short white woman with gray-ish hair and was wearing a red apron. She also gave me a nasty look like I ran over her puppy or something.Never coming here again, shameful that a place like this employs such nasty people.

A worker named Sabrena, helped us today to explain what a dirty soda is. It's was amazing flavors. So if you are in the area and thirsty please stop by and ask for a dirty soda.. I got the Dr. Pepper with cherry vanilla and maraschino cherries yummy. My daughter got the Sprite with sour gummy worm and some other thi gs and she loved it. They even have recipes if you are not sure to help out. Thank you, Sabrena, for your wonderful customer service. I hope you keep the dirty sodas on your menu.

My wife visits this business every time we go to the mall. The short young girl with braces, working Saturday, October 29th at noon is rude. If I see her, we’ll keep walking. If I’m ever treated so rudely, I’ll never return.

Overpriced ! 6.75 for a SINGLE scoop hot fudge sundae with chocolate chips ? Whipped cream added the height. McDonald’s sundaes are cheaper for more.

It was a great experience working with young lady who was working the afternoon shift on Memorial Day who was cheerful and helpful in selecting the best flavor. Her attitude is a great asset that this company has that won her many happy customers. The ice cream and yogurt flavors are a good variety and can be only enjoyed in multiple visits. Fast and professional service combined to that makes this a good place to visit with family for some fun on a fly. One of the rare places on my review list to earn a five star rating. It meets greatly on all the criteria I evaluate a business, it’s personnel, product and quality. A subjective analysis of all these makes it all that difficult to grant five stars and indicate that a business has a great history of good practices for a long time.

I've bought dates ice cream ftom here in the past and did so again with my fiance the other day. We both opted for milkshakes. We had to wait a while as there was a group in front who were getting ice cream cones, which was fine. The odd thing about it is that the server uses a glove or hand bag so she won't touch the cones directly, but when they bring them from the back they don't wear gloves. It kind of defeats the purpose, but whatever. I got a Butterfinger shake. It was pretty good. It was mostly like the very end of a melted DQ Blizzard, only the pieces were smaller -- which is necessary when using a straw. My fiance got a coffee flavored shake of some kind. The only real reason for the 3-star was the wait. 1 person scoops ice cream and the other makes shakes. The shakes were about 15-16 minutes total to make. I worked at DQ for many years when I was younger and a blizzard or a shake would have taken me a small fraction of that time. Granted, we made them differenly, but the emphasis was on blending well enough and speed and that is not the case here. The blending was very good -- as I mentioned, the pieces have to be small to go into a straw, but maybe 2 blenders are needed? If you have to use one and wash it to make the next, it takes too long. The girls working there were nice, but speed and edficiency aren't the best. From the point we got in line to the point we both had our drinks was 25 minutes. It is definitely faster to get a cone at this place. I'd prefer a blizzard to the shake, quite honestly. It was still good, but took much longer than I was expecting.
