I have gone to this store a few times and any time Issac is working I always leave in a better mood than I arrived. He is fun to talk to while still doing great work.

I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon and there were only 2 other people in the store. The employee was behind the counter helping some on with a phone order. When he was done the with his call the couple in front of me ordered 2 banana splits. The elderly man behind the counter was not happy with their choices and said very grumpy tone that he'd get started on the order and shook his head as he very very slowly went to get started. I didn't even order because if he was unhappy with banana splits he really wasn't going to like my order of hand packed pints. I didn't want to try to deal with the bad attitude.

I pick up door dash orders at this location often, and occasionally get a scoop for myself. The employees are very kind, considerate, and hard working. Even when it’s super busy and only one employee is there, I am always impressed with the speed and quality of service. For our holiday dinner peppermint ice was on the menu. Baskin-Robbins did not let us down! It was delicious, nicely balanced, with chips of peppermint swirled in. What a treat! But even better and more nostalgic was the Black Walnut. So rich and filled with black walnuts. I left with two large containers instead of one. Staff was very accommodating despite being very busy. Now that I have a punch card for ice cream.....you know the rest of the story.

I hate to leave a bad review but feel that it’s necessary. Went in when no one was in there except the owner working. (I know he is the owner as we’ve been going here for years and already experienced weird things before) asked for a clown sundae and was told by him “no, we don’t have the employees to make those anymore”. I asked if anything similar could be made and was told “no, but if I could it would take me several hours.” So I asked about a sundae and he looked at me and just shook his head no. He proceeded to walk into the back and sit on the floor. He said “Well, it’s time for me to eat my lunch”. As he sat down on the dirty floor and rummaged thru a paper sack I left the store confused and annoyed. I just really don’t understand how he stays in business!

My five year old son and I decided to stop in to this store on River Road in Eugene to grab a quick treat. There was one person behind the counter, an older gentleman. There was one costumer before me trying to order two scoops of ice cream, but she was a native Spanish speaker and was struggling to get him to understand. I helped her get her things ordered and the guy seemed unwilling to even try and help her out. He just kept saying he could get by in Mexico because he knew "Dos cervezas and donde es un baño ". He was being super racist towards this woman who understood what he was saying and was just having a hard time remembering how to say other words in English. At one point he continued to say, "I don't know. I just know dos cervezas. Dos cervezas?" then he started laughing. She got very upset and started to tell him no cervezas and that she doesn't drink. Then she used her Google Translate to tell me she doesn't know what she did to upset the Lord, but she must have done something wrong. I told her she did nothing wrong. After she left I got one of our three ice creams we were grabbing. After the first was slowly scooped and I handed it to my child, he began telling me out of nowhere that it was "Her choice to come to Oregon, and she shouldn't be so upset when he can't figure out what she wants because she doesn't speak the language well." I scoffed at him and turned the other way. If my child would have not been already eating his ice cream we would have left immediately. I will be following up with the manager, because nobody should be that blatantly ignorant and hateful in any sort of public facing business.

Went this afternoon and ended up leaving with no ice cream. When we arrived there was a couple having their order filled, and there were 2 employees. We were not acknowledged, no hello or be right with you. Stood there for 7 minutes when a third employee came in and got his smock on. Still no one even bothered to say anything. After 10 minutes we left.

Always such a long wait. Older guy is super super slow.. he also told us last visit that he was going to help the other employee with an online order so we have to wait.... don't think that's how a business should work.....it should be one do online and one do in-store....I don't think I'll be back.

Line was all the way outside the door and there is only 1 person helping with the order, while the other 2 is doing nothing. By the time it's our turn to order. The lady all of a sudden started washing dishes. Having us wait another 10 mins for her to finish the dishes.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and tonight that’s going to change, had a new employee or maybe they’ve been working there for a while but we ordered something that seemed easy to make but would glare at me and my friend and then another employee also didn’t listen to us and treated us like we were inconveniencing them, it’s one thing to have a bad day but don’t take it out on other people, and also don’t treat others like an inconvenience, I will be moving onto other ice cream places
