Great service and great chicken, Cajun tater tots and mac and cheese! Their house bbq sauce the sweet smokey is also amazing and tastes like McDonald's BBQ sauce on steroids and 10% times better, richer and more complex flavors. Chicken is always delicious and moist and grilled with a good flavor profile and excellent char. Mac n cheese is definitely a homestyle type and very creamy and good. I like it with some pepper on top and the Cajun tots are my favorite and goes well with their house ranch sauce that is incredible and tastes like one of those hearty and fresh sauces and it has a little tang to it. Perfect. I've been here probably at least 20 times since I moved down the street from it. They also have frozen mugs for their beverages so it stays nice and chilled. Also some desserts, their vanilla cone is really good, soft serve ice cream. All in all, I'd give Bill and Tim's a solid 9.5 out of 10, hands down the best barbecue place in Eugene as far as restaurants go. Ribs are fire.

Good food, decent service. The barbecue was cooked well but didn't have enough smoke. Sides were just ok. Good selection of sauces.

Delicious barbecue- love you can help yourself to their yummy sauces. Excellent chicken! The breakfast burger is beyond exceptional. I had a terrific server named Angie who made my experience there even better than anticipated.

Great BBQ, especially the pulled pork, and sides. My husband is a vegetarian and loves their rice bowl with all the toppings.

Were down here for a sporting event and decided to give this place a go. AMAZING and fun atmosphere. The food was great. I had the open faced pulled pork and my mom had the turkey. Mac and cz was one of the best Ive tried. Might go back for lunch tomorrow to try the Rueben!
Speedy service and excellent Tri Tip Salad. Also tried the yummy rice bowl and I'd recommend it for a light meal.

Tried for the first time for lunch today. The website menu lists items that aren't listed when you click the "order now" button, which is annoying. And several items were shown as "unavailable" online, but when we called they said they actually were available. Also annoying. I'm guessing the pulled pork was probably several days old...completely inedible. So unbelievably dry! The potato salad says on the website that it has bacon in it but it doesn't. It's still good, but desperately needs salt. The mac was good but bland. The chicken was excellent. Really good flavor and nicely tender. Probably won't be back.

What a great BBQ joint. We've been here twice now, and both times have been really good. As with any dining experience, it has had its downsides, but all in all, it is really delightful.I ordered the club sandwich this time around. The meat was amazing. The Texas grilled toast was toasted but chewy and didn't destroy the roof of your mouth. The Sweet and Smokey BBQ sauce was absolutely my favorite, and squeezed on the sandwich really completes the perfect bite. The husband had the three meet plate, which is where the downsides came. Mind you, we were also there right before closing, so an earlier arrival may determine different results. He ordered the brisket, which was a bit dry, the tri-tip which the smoke was perfect, but the bite was chewy. The turkey, however, was juicy and delicious. Baked beens were not sweet at all, which surprised me a bit. Mac and Cheese was a bit on the thick side for my taste as well.Beer selection was on point, but maybe some alternate IPA options would be a good substitute. All in all, TRY THIS PLACE. It's worth the visit.
