New favorite food unlocked! I got the old school mung-bing thing with a youtiao and it was excellent. The wrap itself was a little reminiscent of a dosa. The fresh veg/herbs inside made for a surprisingly refreshing meal (even with the addition of the crispy fried youtiao). Definitely will be back!

I'm torn, because the food is good, but not great, and the prices are quite high given the concept. The point of this food is that it is inexpensive and quick to make. I ate FAR TOO MUCH Jian Bing while I was living in China. I went to a few different vendors, depending on the part of town that I was in, that given morning. The most that I ever paid was ¥12, which is about $1.65. (My go-to spot was ¥9.... ¥5 if they had run out of chicken for the morning) That was a Jian Bing with YouTiao and chicken, mild spice, and sweet sauce. It cost me $15, here, for what I was paying $1 for. Mark up makes sense, because costs of salaries are higher, but after having the real thing, it sort of feels like I'm being ripped of. It is quality, and tastes quite close to how I liked it in China, but definitely not a regular option for me.

My favorite food cart in Eugene! Such a perfect lunch meal - so flavorful, not too heavy, and soo satisfying. Got a soy milk with it, highly recommend

Wow. The Nanjing Jianbing was sooooo good!!! Mmmmmm I got it with crispy Wonton and both sweet And savory sauce at a level 3 spicy. So so good. Not too sweet, not too salty; the perfect amount of spice for me (slightly hotter than Thai medium), filling, fresh, crunchy, soft, warm, veggie-rich, protein-rich, and just downright delicious! I am 100% going to try to make a Bing at home because it was pretty unique (to my palate) and I just overall loved it.

As a hungry regular of this establishment, this one meal has become a staple in my life. I only ever order the nanjing style jianbing and it's always prepared and tastes the same. This consistency of flavor coincides the consist friendly atmosphere with the staff. I first tried this after my roommate let me have a bite, and I came through to see what she ordered. I explained the experience and they knew exactly what I was here for. I'm not typically an egg lover, but my god the weekly craving of this never stops. Bing King knows wtf is up

Awesome food truck in downtown Eugene! Food is all very good and a great heat to it if you like spicy! Highly recommend!

Possibly the best street food in Eugene. Extremely reasonable prices and every option has so much flavor. Their higher spice levels are also actually spicy, unlike a lot of places in Eugene.
Hands down my favorite food truck in Eugene. I recommend this food truck to everyone who visits Eugene, or to those who are from the area, and it never disappoints. I like to order the Nanjing Jianbing for lunch since it's inexpensive compared to other food trucks I've been to, and I always have left overs since the Jian Bing is so big. Great food and staff!

One of my favorite places in town, and a unique type of sandwich locally. The pork belly is a must add on in my opinion.

Love these guys. Today I got me a number 1 (Nanjing Jianbing) with wonton, pork belly, both sweet and savory sauce, and number two spice because I’m wimpy. They nail it every time.

I'm lightheaded in my teeth. If you want your neurons to have a resting heart rate of 45 this food will do numbers towards that goal.
I always come here for the delicious chicken fries. So good!
