Ive been going here on basically a weekly basis for about a year now and love it. They've always gotten my order right and typically it comes out very quickly. My regular order is lavender milk tea with 25% sugar and tapioca boba. I love that they use stamp cards so I have the ability to get a free drink after spending so much money. I do wish they would switch to an online reward system like Fivestars so I wouldn't have to carry the card wherever I go.I took off one star because they recently changed their cups and logo and I liked the old one better. It also seems like the boba got smaller since the last time I went. One more reason is that I have been having a hard time tasting the lavender flavor lately, so it tastes like I'm just drinking a cup of milk.I would like to give a shoutout to the girls who asked a car to get in the back of the line when they entered the "do not enter" driveway to the shopping center and cut half the drive through line.

Delicious Thai tea with Boba! The staff was friendly and so fast! They also have a kiosk for a quick checkout if you don't want to interact with people or if there is a line. The cups are quality and not too flimsy. Highly recommend!

I walked in the store when there was only one car in the Drive-Thru and they proceeded to help three more cars that popped up in the Drive-Thru after I had already been waiting to make my order just to find out that they didn't have any boba

Only reason you got 3 on food is my daughter liked her drink as she has wanted to try this drink. Otherwise 0 or preferably negative stars across the board. No human interaction other than the staff calling my name. No staff to take order all done by the customer. Not a single staff said hello or welcome in. Not to me or any of the other people who walked in behind me. As a food manager my Cafe staff greet every guest who walks in.

The food was really good, but the golden boba was a surprise. Not bad, but different. It would be nice to have a choice between golden and the regular "black" boba. The service was good, and I liked the kiosk for self-ordering. The ambiance wasn't super great-blaring music is fine when it's just the staff, but not when there are ordering guests. Could you kindly turn the music down when people are trying to order? Blaring music is a turn-off. Other than that, not bad.

I saw somewhere on here- probably an old sign- that said they use non dairy creamer- in reality they use lactose free creamer im told, and that the dairy is in the recipe itself so you can't swap it out with something like soy milk. That was a bit of a bummer but I'm glad you can substitute teas! I swapped in hibiscus tea so it was caffeine free and that mixed with some pineapple seasonal tea and strawberry popping pearls was really great!I ordered in and they had a self serve kiosk and my name was called when my drink was ready. There's not really a huge ambience inside, it's yellow with peeling paint and bright overhead lights, but it wasn't too bad

Need to stop asking if we’d like to leave a tip. It’s very uncomfortable to assume that with the terrible service ( they can’t even tell us what is placed on the display when we asked) terrible service and stop expecting a tip. Wait for it to be offered.
I wouldn't say Bobahead is my favorite but it still deserves 5 stars because their drinks are still delicious. I usually get milk teas because they are my favorite and they never disappoint. I wouldn't say the service is very interactive like other boba places, but that's most likely because they are busy, the worker are still kind and patient. Since the bobahead Is in a mall it definitely isn't the coziest, I so love the decor though.

You buy drinks to fill a punch card, imagine buying the same drink everytime because you know what you like. However, when you fill the punch card up and go in to get your reward and order your normal drink in exchange for it: you're denied. They refuse to give you the same drink you've bought everytime in exchange for their punch card. That is not right.They know it and will not address this issue.We know it isn't right either.I will not be returning because of their customer service.I recommend you go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Bubble tea is my favorite drink, and Bobahead is hands-down my favorite place to get it from. I think their drinks - from the tea to the toppings to the syrups - taste better than all the other bubble tea places I’ve been to. Also, their drink menu is extensive and you can customize your drink any way you want. On top of that, all the staff are wonderful: they’re friendly, provide super fast service (even when they’re busy), and have suggested some combos that have turned out to be my favorite drinks (ex: matcha with strawberry popping boba). Bobahead is unequivocally where it’s at!
