Well, it is Burger King, so you get what you get ?. Truth be told, I've never been a fan of BK over McD's, but let's be real... fast food is just bad all around lol but food is food, and out of all the BK's and McD's, I've been too, I will say this one is the best. Great staff, always cracking jokes so the vibes are good even through the quick thru lol and always on point with the right order, so never a worry there in my experience. All in all, if you don't mind the fast food industry, then this is a pretty decent quick stop fo sho.Parking: Santa Clara Plaza... they got the spots on spots for days lol.

Dark long haired guy, who works nights, is a power tripping jerk. He goes out of his way to be as rude as possible while pretending to be nice, to the point he literally shakes uncontrollable at interactions. He behaves like he has major anger control issues and should probably be on a prescription. The people who work with him look overwhelmed with his dramatic antics, every single time. There doesnt even need to be a bad interaction, he just immediately raddles off rules when you pull up the drive thru. 90% of the time they dont have chicken or beef. The manageris straight up not ordering. Often they shut down because they have to wait forthe truck to come with more beef.So it looks like this place is managed like a circus and long haired night working dude takes it extremely personal and you have to put up with his temper tantrum,from the moment you show up till he runs your food out to you through the front because for some reason, you can't ever get your food at the window, even if there are no other cars in the drive thru. He reigns as the king of rude miserable people who should find work they dont loath. Seriously i have yet to encounter a single person working fast food that behaves like this guy, and we have never exchanged words. Yall have a power tripping nut working late nights, which is why they also close early at least once a week. All other employees act like they can continue functioning with reasonable customer service. That one dude has a major problem and makes this location really aggressive.Rob is this locations saving grace. He always goes above and beyond, he is polite, and is never rude even when they are out of stuff or some other problem occurs. I hope Rob is working when i have to go there, and not the long haired power tripper who has to rule elite over burger king while shaking and cursing at every single person he interacts with. Its disturbing, his lack of control around his mental health and dealing with customers. I always feel bad watching customers interact with him.

The person who took my order was nice. However, his superiors, the ones wearing the black collared shirts, were incredibly rude to not just other workers but to customers. Even something as small as a mistake with the food was met with hostility. This store definitely needs better management.My food had errors, but I REALLY didn't want to keep dealing with the short tubby one in the mask.Kid-friendliness: Cursing at people is not very kid-friendly.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a meal and then asked to use the restroom. I was informed that I had to be a paying customer to use their facilities. I let him know twice that I was a paying customer. He still played the power trip by brow beating me once again. One of the worst experiences in a so called restaurant.

Me and my family decided to give this establishment a try after 7hrs of Christmas Shopping. What a mistake not only did we wait 32 minutes for our meals cold food and lying staff it was so bad another customer told them to stop lying and do better when they told me 3 times "were just waiting for your fries" if I wasn't a 3 strike candidate I for sure would of slapped them fat boy so hard there unborn kids would of been born with head trauma these clowns were high fiving each other saying good job,no hair nets,stomachs hanging out it was disgusting do better guys....

I have been having the absolute worst week. Was at the register and my card wouldn’t work, the amazing assistant manager Rob was the best! He went above and beyond and paid for my lunch so i wasn’t at work all day starving! Thank you sooo much! You made this single mom whole week!!!!
