Gross. The bread was soggy and crumbly. Hamburger buns shouldn't taste so bad. It's a lard burger.

I love Carl's Jr. My experience at this location consisted of a well constructed burger, friendly staff, and clean dining room.

They have good burgers along as you ask them not to drown them in condiments!

Open during the ice storm and still had excellent customer service, smiles on their faces, food was hot and good quality even during their busiest time of the day. Inside was closed for the day but it looked sparkling in there from what we did see. Thank yall.

Every time I come here and order inside it's a 20 minute wait while they prioritize drive through only. Literally I come here for my lunch and by the time I have to leave to clock back in my food still isn't ready. It's so bad I literally walk up and start asking for a refund because I don't have time to wait anymore. And it's like they forget about me.Every single time it's a 20+ wait for a single combo with 2 cars in the drive thru. I would have been chewed out and fired if I took more then 10 at a taco bell. Inescussable. If its short staffed then why aren't the managers there. Lazy

Hit the drive thru. I had a Western with fries. It was delicious, I got it quickly and the young man at the window was very nice. I couldn't have been more happy with the transaction.

Dear Seth, (at restaurant 1101377 coburg rd. Eugene Oregon) you made my experience breathtaking. You blessed me with your presence here by asking me how my day was, if you can do anything to help me, even going as far as asking if you can refill my drink. And of course, I said yes. He refilled my Dr. Pepper to the brim but left just enough space so it doesn’t spill. He made me feel welcome, appreciated, and loved more than some of my friends do. I know I will be coming here again. Seth, if you see this, you deserve a raise. You deserve happiness and the most exquisite dining experience at Carls. jr.Thank you, Seth

Credit where it's due...I've had a lot of double cheeseburgers in my life, but last night's experience at this Carl's Jr. experience is the very first time I've ordered a double cheeseburger with only one patty on it. So great job there. A memorably disgusting burger that, since this is Carl's Jr., is supposed to be of a better quality than say, McDonald's. And though I've had my share of bad experiences with McDonald's, never once have they shorted me a patty on a McDouble. This is truly an astounding level of either ineptitude or pure apathy. What's also noteworthy about this experience is that the location was not busy at all and yet the fries were still clearly not fresh given how rubbery they were. And my wife also had to knock on the door (the lobby was closed) to let them know they shorted her an order of fries. Not sure how this happens. It's not as though we ordered a lot of food. It was two combos, which obviously should mean two orders of fries and not one.I guess in summary, I should know better than to visit a Carl's Jr, but both Noodles and Company and KFC closed earlier than we needed, so they were not the first choice. Not specific to this location, but Carl's Jr. has been on a steady decline for many years. They want to charge you roughly around 11 dollars for a small combo, but you have to be very fortunate to ever get an experience worth that much.I'll try you again in a few years...maybe.

I definitely don't recommend eating at this place the people that work in it are dirty looking looks like they hired a bunch of homeless people that have not seen a shower in months definitely don't recommend it to anyone i wouldn't even give it a one star but it makes me when it doesn't even deserve that
