While eating my bowl today, I was suddenly hit by a sharp pain in my throat. I get home to find that my tonsil had been impaled by a 3cm long piece of plastic that was in their food. Absolutely unacceptable.Additionally, employees are generally rude and do not put enough food in your bowl. I consistently have to ask for more than a half scoop of rice and meat. Compared to my local chipotle, the portions are laughably small.

A tasty burrito with plenty of veggies for a balanced flavor.Their ”Steak Burrito", topped with extra guacamole, features succulent grilled steak wrapped in a warm flour tortilla along with rice, beans, fresh tomato salsa, vegetables, and generously topped with guacamole, salsa, queso blanco, and cheese.

Consistently out of staple items such as tortillas, chips, beans, chicken, etc. This occurs every time I have tried to order something from this Chipotle. I would understand if it were the end of the night, however this is happening within 20 minutes of opening for the day. I would also be more understanding if there was any signal that they are out of such important ingredients before wasting 20 minutes in line.

If you don’t want to feel still hungry after your $12 lunch, go other places. They give so little as they are making a bowl with their gold. Very bad for student who is staving after all the morning classes. I will never come again after giving them so many try.

Chipotle sucks, and I'm offended that Google thinks I would even go to this place.

I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle. They served half scoops of chicken and charged an exorbitant $30 for two bowls. It's absurd that you have to pay extra just to get what should be a standard serving size. Not a happy customer.

Worst chipotle location in all of Eugene in my opinion. They’re consistently out of ingredients, don’t open on time, and are stingy with all the ingredients. They say they’re open online when they aren’t and advertise having things that they don’t. Either change the menu online or make the things you advertise.

I paid $6.70 for double steak for one bowl and double barbacoa for another via delivery and this was my portion. All of the other ingredients to our bowls were severely lacking as well. I picked out every piece of steak in my "double" portion which amounted to not even a single portion in my opinion. Very disappointing. Spoke to corporate via chat and they tried to resolve the issue by offering me a buy one get one free that I could use in the next 30 days (lol). Said nope, then they offered one free entree to use in 30 days. I requested my money back for the order which they would not oblige. Stay away from this greedy corporation that is robbing people of their money.

Chipotle's quality has really gone downhill recently. Over the last three times I've ordered from here (all of them were on Saturdays), the bowl was only two-thirds full. During each order, the server would only fill the bowl with a half scoop with each ingredient. The server would also be very annoyed that I requested "Extra [ingredient]" after the initial scoop. Also, I ordered when there were no more than three people waiting in line. If you order from here, order in person and ASK for extra ingredient AFTER the initial scoop.

We showed up and were told they only had burrito bowls as there was no tortillas. Really?! So we order burrito bowls only to find out there was no cheese. Again, really?! We asked if we could have some queso given there was no cheese and they said for an extra charge. I then asked if we were going to get charged less because half of the stuff that should be in a burrito wasn't available. The employees didn't get the irony. Then we were told there was no mild salsa but they found some. I asked if they had tortillas for the kids quesadilla and they said they don't offer the kids menu even though it's on their menu. I emailed Chipotle about this lack luster experience and they said they'd pass my feedback on, no mention of reimbursing me for what amounted to half of a proper burrito.

Worst chipotle I've ever been to; you ask for guac and they give you half a teaspoon.
