Bad attitude by employees. Says it opens at 4:00am and gate was still closed and line down the hall at 4:15am. Frustrating when you plan around getting to the airport to grab food for a 5am flight. Disappointing!

$11.99 for blandest grilled cheese known to man ?no offerings of pesto spread or even actualy toast it with butter maybe? Cheese was barely meltedThen theres the staff that doesnt seem to know whats going on, one member coughing and hacking constantly.(take cough syrup or go home or wear a mask)*free cold virus or covid comes with order*I realize its an airport cafe, and probably hard to staff,but ive seen way better. Clean the tables, you know basic food service ettiquite.Management needs to take note and course correct.6/29/23

EXTREMELY slow coffee service. Overheated the milk in a simple cappuccino. By "overheated" I mean the paper cup with sleeve was too hot to hold in a bare hand. If I don't specifically state I want flavorings or alterations to "12oz cappuccino" just make it standard instead of asking a half dozen additional questions to see if I want to change anything. Please and thank you.
Hey thanks for doing absolutely nothing when I ask if you are out of avacado AFTER getting the BLTA I ordered. $15 dollars for 3 slices of bacon, a slice of tomato, lettuce and some dry bread. What the hell??

I have traveled the world -and I have never run into this . I asked the girl making my Latte if she would add the two Splenda I had in my hand to my latte and she told me she is not aloud to . And I thought to myself I just gave them a tip I wish I could take it back .- I'm not sure why she isn't aloud to do this I guess that's something Ill have To ask corporate ..A little Customer service goes a long way .

Super Friendly and quick. Sandwich is tasty and Hazelnut latte is ok (I wish i liked more but well, i feel a bit of artificial flavor too strongly.)P.S. Clerk reminds me Julianne Moore (when she was young). I felt familiar with her face and tried to recall why and finally I remembered the name!!!!!
